That worked out great! Petrobond is nice stuff for sure. I havent tried that method yet. not sure if i will but cool to see. I know some guys reuse the burnt stuff. they have to refresh it occasionally with some oil. "thewulf 56" has a vid on refreshing his. You have some cool tools! well done
Very cool, I was thinking of using the plastic one off my Shadow as a pattern to make an aluminum one with maybe some fins.

Well done. Probably didn't need the vents on the 3D printed piece if you were going to mill the cast. Then you could have the choice of vent shapes.
