Ms Lourdes, I don't know how to practice reiki but I need to learn it. Because I have been suffering from anxiety, stress, fear, over and negative thinking from 5 years. From 5 years I'm not taking food and water also properly. I'm not concentrating on my routine works. In 2016, in my fifth month of pregnancy while taking food I got some disturbance in my throat. That day onwards I'm suffering from above issues. I have 2 kids I don't want to suffer them with my problems I hope Reiki will help to get my normal life back. Dear Lourdes, does this healing remove the energy or transforms it? If the negative energy is being taken out then based on what I’ve come to know the problem is still present -just not within our body at our present time - perhaps in some other place/dimension. Or maybe you see this issue from a different perspective?
