Dear Lourdes, does this healing remove the energy or transforms it? If the negative energy is being taken out then based on what I’ve come to know the problem is still present -just not within our body at our present time - perhaps in some other place/dimension. Or maybe you see this issue from a different perspective?
All videos have the intention of releasing and transmuting. What gets taken out is whatever the universe feels is for your highest good (intention of the video). Blessings,

Ms Lourdes, I don't know how to practice reiki but I need to learn it. Because I have been suffering from anxiety, stress, fear, over and negative thinking from 5 years. From 5 years I'm not taking food and water also properly. I'm not concentrating on my routine works.
In 2016, in my fifth month of pregnancy while taking food I got some disturbance in my throat. That day onwards I'm suffering from above issues.
I have 2 kids I don't want to suffer them with my problems
I hope Reiki will help to get my normal life back. So please help how to practice reiki and how this vedio helps to me.

Is this supposed to increase appetite? I feel very hungry every time I am about 1/3 of the way through the video. I've even fallen asleep playing this and woke up feeling as if I'd been fasting for a week.
With all videos, there should be grounding afterwards and eating food is one way to ground. You may need grounding and food is the way your body is asking for it.
