alex looks totally different here. im wondering if she got another nose job. i wanna say she's said she got one before but if not she def got one now. she looks stunning and im curious if she talk about it considering she pushes body positivity and posting unedited photos on social media

She does look different. But she looks good still, she has a good surgeon
its just the typical TV make-up-look - the make up department puts heavy makeup on lots of people and usually it looks super different in the mirror than on the screen
