I only wash my face at night and I think that works for most people. At night, your skin is healing itself and needs to be clean. When you wake up it’s already pretty clean! Loved this one❤❤

How in the world does Alex not wash her face 😭
I’m sure she cleanses at night and meant she doesn’t in the mornings, derms actually recommend that
I wash my face only after the gym at the end of my day. In the morning I splash water on my face to wake up and then use a clean towel to remove the excess products that I apply at night (I use like 5 products so it’s A LOT of product buildup). Then reapply mucin-niacinamide, moisturizer, sunscreen, makeup etc.
I swear it’s my beauty secret I am 33 and people are usually shocked when I tell them.

She probably does wash at night but my derm also supports this! I just wet my eyes and put on spf, makeup as usual

I don't wash my face in the mornings, either. It keeps the oils in because I have such chronically dry skin. I think more people do it but just don't admit it, lol!
not washing your face in the morning is common and recommened for people with dry skin. i think alex means just never washes it at night either.

@@cocoandpikai assume water in the shower but you still need to wash your face with something not just makeup but all the skincare and creams need to come off too. These things are supposed to be reapplied.
