I watch a lot of youtube and there isn't much I can put on and watch for a hour without switching or falling asleep. I had no problem watching this start to finished entirely. Keep it up Steveo!
I don’t think he could have been technically the best skater, but he had such unique style that he definitely could have gotten famous from his skating
Steve O definitely is a good skater. There was just a period where he was lacking at it when he was at his worst with his addiction, but hes always been good and very driven.
This makes me feel old. I grew up on jackass. When I was 14 my friends started a TH-cam channel for doing shitty knock off stunts. I bought a camera and learned to edit so I could be involved. It never went anywhere but eventually I went to college for video production because it really was something I loved doing.
That's awesome lol me and my cousin used to go around pranking random people in the neighborhood when we were kids because of jackass. One dude got super pissed at us for scaring him with an air horn
I saw Tony Hawk at camp jeep the last year they were doing it. I remember Shaun white was there too. I got Tony's autograph. He was skating with alot of people and I watched him another guy swap boards mid air. It was amazing
Thank you Steve O for everything over the years. Thank you Tony Hawk for everything you’ve done for skateboarding. You two have been true inspirations in my life and that’s unforgettable.
Steve-O is so talented. I always loved watching him Skate more than the stunts, he has that perfect balance between old school and modern skating. So fun to watch⚡
Tony Hawk is the man. I’m almost 44 years old and I just recently started back skating since the early nineties after I discovered a skate park that was just built in Laurel, MS and completed because of the help of the Tony Hawk foundation. I see the community of more young skaters starting out than I could have imagined in this area, and to learn of Tony’s contribution, a lot of ppl don’t even know or personally realize how he’s enriched the lives of people and has done for the sport of skateboarding.
Dude! I love when you feel the authenticity between you. The chemistry sits there like a charm! The anecdotes and, to say the least, the captivating laughter is absolutely amazing. Thanks so much.

Felt like Christmas today. Thank you for this amazing podcast and RADDEST guest. I'm 28, guy from Lithuania (small eastern European country), was watching Tony Hawk since I was 12, I guess. My favorite games was Tony Hawks series, also tried skateboarding and filming and so on. He was like a god to me. Steve-o was the one who made me laugh and feel fear of what he was doing, god bless him hes still alive. Thank you guys for this video, it made me feel nostalgic so much, I felt like I'm careless kid again. Waiting for other podcasts, good luck for all of you.
Hey dude, I'm late to the party here but I just discovered you were doing these today. Steve-o dude you are an inspiration to anyone who feels like they are trapped. Either through drugs or not feeling like they have something to show the world. I don't have many heroes but dude you are definitely one of them. Totally rad man, I enjoyed it so much, had to have a quick spread on the board then finish listening to the end part. Thanks Tony Hawk for all his time and energy throughout the years I'm 40 now and just got back into skateboarding since like 15-20 years ago. Cheers everyone
I remember a half pipe was build in a back yard of my neighborhood I also remember the day a massive sign went up about skate at your own risk ect and from then on the owners bairly let anyone up on it.
Steven my friend, you are a wonderful influence. An influence that is, in itself, a double edged sword. As a youngster I always thought, "If these jackasses can make it, then surely I can." As an older, a lot more sober fella than I used to be; banged up and brusied from antics which it could be said took mild influence from yours, I find infinite comfort in witnessing you drop into the comfort of the beautiful life you earned through hard work and utter craziness. After seeing you go way below and beyond any issues I faced with drugs or ego, with the added spice of fame and to return to my radar as this truly pure presence, infinitely more down to earth than the vast majority of the boring maniacs that make up the so called A-list, making shit just look like a list. It also brings me great joy, as well as hope, to see the ultimate rebel go full circle and craft his environment, to allow him to live the life he always truly wanted, whether he was ever aware or not. A life that, simply from mild insight, is clearly meant to be lived. Thanks man
This is epic!...I'm 56 now, but this takes me back like it was yesterday...I used to skate Del Mar and watch Tony do things that either made me want to try harder or just quit...him and Cab amazing to watch back in the day...and damn Stevo I just never realized how much you shredded at skating!...shit!
Steve you are the man. Love your inspiring stories and your sobriety journey. Bring your show to Grand Rapids, MI. We have a lot of grateful alcoholics out this way
He’s sinced fixed it and does these interviews perfectly, but Tony Hawk was like the main one that Steve-O talked about himself, more so than asking the Birdman questions!!! I wish he could redo this one how he interviews now! I still love you brother!
Steve-O's Wild Ride! - Podcast I got nothing but pure love for you bro, your killing it, and your bringing the dopest entertainment on TH-cam... and that’s fuckin saying something! Don’t ever fuckin stop what your doing brother! 💯💯
When I was 13 and old enough to detassle corn for four weeks to earn the money to buy a pro deck. I got the Stevie Caballero dragon deck with indy trucks and cant remember what the wheels were. I was big pimpin with the crew.😁
Haha nice, I remember that deck. My first was the the Rob Roskopp monster eye. Ordered off California Skate Express. My second was a Christian Hosoi. Man, I wish I still had them.
I came from the era where you guys formed me as a kid. I truly am grateful to have you all as entertainment back then. Showed what goofing around with friends is supposed to look like, genuine and organic. Tony hawks the goat and one of the chillest, Steve O your just all around good dude and great entertainer. Keep up the good work and good vibes 👍🤙
Dude Steve o I’ve been waiting for this podcast for so long now! I’m so pumped that it’s actually going down now!!!!!!! I love the van concept. This is going to be my new favorite podcast along with joe Rogan. Stick with this man it’s gonna be really big dude! I love the multiple camera angles, and the van looks so nice 👍 super clean setup. I’ve been a huge fan of Steve-O my whole life! just want to say I appreciate how you literally put everything you have into something when your set on it. And your sobriety documentaries really give people real hope that they can change, other celebs wouldn’t be as real about it as you’ve been so cheers to you my man. Thank you for the years of entertainment 🤙🏻
Steve-0 you are and will always be one of the realest guys out there you and Roy being open about addiction has helped me be more open about my sobriety.
Hey Steve-O, if you are reading the comments, I have a small suggestion. Please add some kind of separation between the normal content and the ads. When listening to the podcast without the video, it's really confusing. This was a wonderful start to what I hope will be a continued success. Tony was an awesome guest.
I am SO GLAD someone is finally mentioning CTE and skateboarding. My heart sank when you said Tony got tested, thank fuck he doesn't have the gene. I was fully unaware that there was a test available to help determine if it is possible that an individual is more susceptible. I skated for around 10 years and over the course I've had around 10 concussions, 3 of which were gnarly enough to worry me. I've noticed, (and I dont want to say cognitive decline, but there might not be a better term for it), cognitive decline. My motor skills are not what they were and my memory is kind of dogshit at this point. I've been off my board for a few years at this point just because as much as I LOVE skateboarding, it's not worth my mental health, and I couldn't put my family through having to take care of me if I seriously messed myself up. I'm just very happy to see not only a professional skater, but someone as legendary as Tony speaking about CTE. You only ever hear about football players and I feel like in 10 years we will be seeing the effects in pros. THANK YOU GUYS!
Dude, you are NOT a doctor, and the brain is the most complex system in the universe + the fact thhat you are using your brain to ascess if your brain is damaged or not makes your assessment EXTRA invalid xD if you are concerned, get in touch with a neurologist. im sure there are some basic cognitive tests that they can run to see if you are below or above normal for your age, and if more further investigation is needed. Stress is bad for you and those around you, and you are stressing over this, so just for the sake of chilling out its worth the effort of making an appointment^^

The SektorZ Riding that mechanical bull around was so cool
The SektorZ I never could do the trick to unlock the zone on the pro level bonus map you get

I came here from Steve-O's skate video. He's always downplaying his skating when really, he was pretty dam good.
It's hard to feel like a good skateboarder when you are friends with Tony Hawk.
I don’t think he could have been technically the best skater, but he had such unique style that he definitely could have gotten famous from his skating

Totally rad man, I enjoyed it so much, had to have a quick spread on the board then finish listening to the end part. Thanks Tony Hawk for all his time and energy throughout the years
I'm 40 now and just got back into skateboarding since like 15-20 years ago. Cheers everyone
I remember a half pipe was build in a back yard of my neighborhood I also remember the day a massive sign went up about skate at your own risk ect and from then on the owners bairly let anyone up on it.
This is super dope Steve-o, cant wait to see who you have on the wild ride next! Also cant wait for Jackass 4.
Wonder if Eric Andre would be down with this crew. That being said, something is telling me yes.
Dude, I loved you since I was in elementary school. You were always an inspiration to me, for better or worse lol. Keep it up!
Awesome podcast! Love the flow of conversation just happening! It’s an episode about nothing but yet everything! Nice work!
Elvis had his Colonel Tom, SteveO has, his, Scott?
Lol
I really dig you man.
would love to see you and mike tyson compairing your careers
they already have a podcast together on Tysons channel
I would like to see Steve-O & Mike Tyson Comparing dick size! Same thing.
Trading cocaine stores
Steve you are the man. Love your inspiring stories and your sobriety journey. Bring your show to Grand Rapids, MI. We have a lot of grateful alcoholics out this way
This is so rad. Thanks for keeping me company during the pandemic lockdown.
He’s sinced fixed it and does these interviews perfectly, but Tony Hawk was like the main one that Steve-O talked about himself, more so than asking the Birdman questions!!! I wish he could redo this one how he interviews now! I still love you brother!
Not sure I’ve “fixed it”, but I’ve certainly made some progress! Thank you!
Steve-O's Wild Ride! - Podcast I got nothing but pure love for you bro, your killing it, and your bringing the dopest entertainment on TH-cam... and that’s fuckin saying something! Don’t ever fuckin stop what your doing brother! 💯💯
Love it man!!! this is going to be the best podcast in like no time!!! it will be you and Rogan!
Love this wild ride with steve-o keep it up hope you're doing well loved tony hawk on her best one so far smashing that like button
When you look at the camera focused on Steve, the camera follows his movement. It's so trippy.
You're right. I think it's internal stabilizer just on that camera
Here’s a challenge: make an Oscar worthy documentary that still fully encapsulates who Steve-O is.
There is, the demise and rise of steve o
@@AZZA5102 yeah but that doesn't cover what he's done in the last 5 or 6 year's
Dude Steve o I’ve been waiting for this podcast for so long now! I’m so pumped that it’s actually going down now!!!!!!! I love the van concept. This is going to be my new favorite podcast along with joe Rogan. Stick with this man it’s gonna be really big dude! I love the multiple camera angles, and the van looks so nice 👍 super clean setup. I’m rooting for you brotha 🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘👍👍🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘👍👍👍👍👍👍🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘👍🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Joe Rogan finally got one of his guests to start a podcast 😂
Jalen Andrew Joe Rogan was a guest on Tom Green’s podcast and started his own.
Also Sam Harris and Sean Carroll. I think there are quite a few others too.
Most of the famous comedians you watch were also convinced because of joe.
He got Bert, Tom, Darnell Rawlings, Whitney Cummings pretty much everyone
It's Donnell sucka!
Hey Steve-O, if you are reading the comments, I have a small suggestion. Please add some kind of separation between the normal content and the ads. When listening to the podcast without the video, it's really confusing.
This was a wonderful start to what I hope will be a continued success. Tony was an awesome guest.
This was a great podcast. Watched the whole thing.
It's only a hour long, barely...
Tony is so chill and cool, man. What a legend.
Steve-O,
your recent work is really helping me out!
Thank you so much!
Really,
Drew
LMAO i didnt realize this was posted today, and i looked and i saw march 19 and holy shit keepin the flow goin with the content
@@immasurvivor this reply to this comment was really soothing for me and ive been stressing over completely different issues for myself, i just wanted to say thanks for being so level-headed
Steve-o’s most hurtful words “you were never even that rad!”
I chose bmx and freestyle over skating but always had tons of respect for the board guys. Tony Hawk is the king! Great first guest!
How have I only just found these, not into podcasts but I can get behind these, good stuff, looking forward to listening to the rest :)
