A tip for getting your body used to taking cold showers is to start at the temperature you usually have and then gradually get the water colder. I've always hated taking cold showers, sometimes I really do it, but my body has gotten so used to it, so I like taking warm and cold showers now.

Here’s a tip! Just ease your way in the water and don’t have it to an extreme cold also don’t feel the need to rush it’s gonna make the water feel even colder hope this helps! ❤
