- HOW TO GET THIS CURLY BANG WASH AND GO ON A SHORT TWA ON NATURAL HAIR! Hey girlfriend! Here's my updated natural hair routine showing you how I achieve my curly bang with juicy bouncy curls using only a few products! This is the style I've been wearing and LOVING lately to conceal my bald spots from postpartum shedding/hair-loss. Thankfully, the shedding is slowing down and my bald spots are growing in! Thank you for sharing your story because many women don’t understand postpartum shedding versus hair breakage. Your hair changes from childhood, pre-teen, teen, pregnancy, post postpartum, pre-menopausal and during menopause. Many need extra supplements to stop the hair loss. This is a lifetime journey. They don’t understand your hair will never return to childhood stages and our hair doesn’t get thicker because it’s in a natural state. Same hair follicles same thickness it appears thicker because it’s in a curl state. May God Bless you on your hair journey.

I love that you said the Lord cares about everything that concerns us!! I have a high functioning autistic daughter who has serious hair struggles! She's 22 but not able to properly care for her hair. I usually do it for her. She has also had hair loss issues. I have been praying to God to help her and I because we all know our hair is our crown and it breaks my heart to see her hair falling out 😢
I love how she comes to the screen all put together, makeup and clothes. Once she does her hair she is ready to walk out of the door. Love it!

Riss your hair has always been beautiful. I’ve been following you for a long time during breaks but you are beautiful.. I know how much time and effort it takes to deal with hair. Yes it was amazing during relaxers but I really love the way it looks now. I believe this is your season. I lost all my hair about 8yrs ago to an aggressive breast cancer. One year after chemo my hair was amazing. My stylist was a beautiful lady who was Dominican.. She definitely had a wonderful effect on my hair. Fast forward every stylist are not the same when I moved away for the last 5yrs. She’s no longer in the area I’ve returned to since my mom passing away. I’m so sad. I have to make a greater effort in my hair care. I am using a line called Amyla which has grown an area in my crown that refused to grow but the Amyla has it growing well. I just need to be consistent.

May I ask who the stylist/barber is that did that beautiful tapered cut? It's just the right shape for me...some length on top to be a little creative and short on the sides so I don't have to do too much. Gorgeous!

Did you put the Black Color over top of your Blonde Color, if so, it will cause shading, when coloring your hair you have to let the Blonde grow out enough from your roots n cut n start over than color.
You could still be post-partum shedding. Mine shed for almost a year because it grew twice as thick with the pregnancy hormones.
My 1st time seeing your video. I love your hair me on the other hand have lupus and my hair is really a 4 c my hair want curl unless I wet it and put globs of gel on it I wish a could get a bang but the more I wet it daily the more shrinkage. I’m trying not to cut mines but it grows out of shape and the sides need’s cutting I want the top to grow.

I wash my hair once a month and I had dreads in my hair and I just cut them out because I have my baby in March of 2024 and I just don't want that look anymore. I just rather short hair wash it and go but I don't put a lot of water on my hair and a lot of products. It just doesn't work out for my hair

Protein breaks your hair off. Your body is telling you you have enough protein. What you need is moisture instead. Deep condition and use a little healthier oil on your ends of your hair.
wrong. i don't even use protein.. at all actually. and my hair has enough moisture. it isn't breaking off, it's shedding because of my postpartum hormones. thanks for watching.
