I’m gonna try this. I’m afraid due to some hair thinning and loss in the front of my head due to lupus. I’m am a super warrior however, so I’m GOING TO MAKE IT WORK! Thanks for the inspiration.
I dont have lupus but have hair loss due to anxiety along my hairline. Ive dealt with this on and off and there is a product called Minoval that helps my hair growth during that time, it may help you

I know this is an old video, but this popped up on my feed and decided to watch. I’ve been struggling with what to do with my short hair that’s a bit longer than this. I’ve decided to stop wearing braids and locs and embrace my hair. This gives me ideas on how to style my curly fro.

I love how you styled it. You should try Mielle Organics curl custard. It has a soft hold and won't leave a white residue. My stylist used the ECO gel and it itched, so I switched to Mielle and now I love their products.

I put stylers in my hair while soaking wet in the shower before getting out. Use detangling brush. Shake while in the shower! Popping curls!

Love the style--how long does the '"wet look" stay that way? Mine looks like that until a few hours of shrinkage take over, making everything look thirsty...
I love watching different videos of hair being styled this way. I’m confused at times though because some use several products while others use only gel and water - some start off with a leave in/detangler- some do not Dome use a curl defining product along with gel and plenty of water
Are the number of styling products used simply a personal choice, just like which products you choose? It’s super pretty.!

I've tried the eco gels, no matter how much leave in conditioner or water I use with it, it always dry my hair out.

Try adding more oil to your eco gel Ik gel May feel crunchy but your hair not dry necessarily, so try a thicker leave in like the Shea moisture raw detangler or curl enhancing smoothie under eco

I'm newly natural (about 2 months) I absolutely love this. I've tried a few things aunt (jackies products, Cantu products), but once it dries, my hair is really dry looking. Does the eco gel keep your hair looking juicy and shiny once dried, and Is there anything you recommend for moisture and shine to go along with the gel? This struggling nurse needs help!

Your hair is really pretty. My hair is about the same length but my sides won't curl. My hair curls very well except for my sides and the sides look like afros. I tried to use Eco to lay them down it works for awhile I need HELP with these afro sides.
