    And I would also love to check out Bob's memoir, I am sure it would contain some great stories that are both hilarious and insightful and hopefully, it would be a good read. 😃

    He and David Cross wrote the best comedy sketch show ever. If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it. The transition into the next sketch is nothing short of brilliant. Imagine SNL, MAD TV and other sketch comedy shows, but on HBO, where on Mr. Show, they could do ANYTHING they wanted. No censoring the language. I hope he and David do other projects in the future.

      @chefjeff1366 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      agreed! and Bob and David just announced a new project like a week or so ago -- "Guru Nation". not much known about it yet, but it will be written, produced by and starring Bob and David as “rival cult gurus who manipulate the minds of their deluded followers". they're calling it "docu-style", so could be like mockumentary? sounds like it'll be a good one

    I could listen to an hour long interview with Bob Odenkirk. He is a fascinating guy. Again, Stephen Colbert is forced to really rush through these interviews. At least Odenkirk got two segments, but when it is only one it is almost embarrassing, like 5 min. long stuff. And Stephen Colbert is so cultured, knows so much about so many things, yet they cannot do a proper talk show somehow. Give me the talk shows like Jack Paar or Steve Allen did back when they were inventing the format, or like the one in the UK we can watch now on TH-cam from back in the day. I would love to have a long focused interview with him and maybe a few others like Bryan Cranston, also a very erudite fellow, with Colbert, where they actually have a long conversations together. Check his film "Nobody" which is a dark, underdog kicks ass kind of little masterpiece which showcases the depth and breadth of what Odenkirk can actually play and was shown all over the world.
