My journey to you S2 was never confirmed. I don't think this series will get a S2 tbh.
Lost you forever S2 is rumoured to air in July-August (which would make exactly 1 year apart from S1).
Blood of Youth S2 is called "Dashing Youth", the drama ended filming but there are no news about the airing date.
