awesome Apartments I'm not sure but I don't think that you mentioned what is the American dollar value so I can understand it better me and my wife have been searching for houses or apartments so I have been following your videos hoping that I can land in something good my wife is from Nairobi kikuyu I am from the USA boricua thank you for taking your time and making this videos I hope and pray that I can find something great at a reasonable price
The apartment is beautiful but I am not a fan of the first bedroom being viewable from the front area and also the wardrobe being outside the bedroom. Both of these issues make me think the developers were trying to scrimp on space while giving the aura of luxury. Savings and luxury are contradictory concepts. Everything else is quite beautiful and that should be a given since the apartment is 2 or 3 times the price of other apartments you've shown. I noted the hand again ;-). I think you need to give the hand it's own name. All in all a great presentation and if one could afford the apartment I'm sure they would be very content.
