Between 2010and2012 when Raghuram Rajan was Governor of RBI,our Forex reserves had fallen to so critical levels that he had to borrow dollars from NRIs at 3 percent rate while the pravelent interest rate was 0.25percent.When Modi government came they had to honour those bonds.Perhaps that was why our Forex had fallen from 645 billion to 525.Yet Modi govt wS so modest that they never exposed the previous Govt's undoing.Similarly they had to honour "Oil bonds"which was also a drag on exchequer.

Please would you/someone do a translation of all the RUSI & Chatham House talks they publish. A repository of these would be a valuable resource for open source osint for deshbaghts and anyone else wishing to hear the consideration from a Bharatiya perspective.
Maybe someone from this community will be inspired to do it. If it already exists please point me in that direction.

Adi- I have attended international conference for cultural diversity in 2001 in Lucerne (Sweetzerland)from India ,myself, Visual Artist , Dr Mohan Agashe and Atul kumar from theatre .Artists, poets ,writers ,film producers,directors , musicians and other intellectuals from all other fields also attended the conference. All were fighting for preserving cultural diversity throughout the world against Americans negativity to different cultures. I don't know still that society exists.I could not continue with them.
