What you want belongs to “mundane knowledge” (based on trial and error, personal experience, clinical skills,…etc), and not something that can be taught in a theoretical book, at least in my opinion. This is analogous to a young car mechanic asking another mechanic: “what book do you recommend so that I can recognize the best way to diagnose a car issue.” To which the mechanic answers: “only experience can teach you that.” So the best thing I can say is: “find a good doctor and shadow him…observe carefully…and take meticulous handwritten notes.”
