As a Magma Guillotine enjoyer, it's actually surprising how so many people fall for the follow-up attack from it, and then have their entire HP bar disappear. In PvE its can also do ludicrous damage and knock back enemies with the final ground-chop. Good video, earned a sub.
Don't forget that Corpse Wax Cutter also displays the black flame particles on the enemy despite the fact that it does destined death damage instead, a totally different effect in gameplay and lore
You mean it displays destined death when it actually inflicts black flame. Also they're pretty similar in lore, destined death is just black flame but stronger.
@@Joetheknight406 Destined death (red and black flames) is the same thing as black flame, but has an additional -10% to the enemy's max HP. The only things in the game capable of inflicting destined death are the black knife, Maliketh's black blade, and the black blade incantation. Gargoyle's Black Blade does NOT inflict destined death. It inflicts black flame, which is why enemies look like they've been hit by black flame (because they have). However, the weapon itself plays a particle effect on hits that looks like destined death, but doesn't actually do anything. Thus, it looks like it does destined death, but actually does black flame.
They’re the same thing💀 Black flame is the empty shell of what Destined Death is. Destined Death = red and black flames Black Flame = white and black. It’s the hollow and weaker varíant lore wise, which is why it’s colorless.
I can't wait for Rusty to rank all his ranking videos. Another alternative could just be ranking everything, but that'll probably be a 12 hour video lmao.
The reason fires of slumber doesn't do any damage is because it's a sleep weapon, and the lingering fire damage would make whatever it is you're trying to sleep with it immediately wake back up
Your remark at the end about watching this in the background really cracked me up because I originally intended to have the video running on the second monitor while playing, but there was so much information and entertainment to be found here that I just couldn't look away for a damn second ^.^ thanks for the vids man
I wish Knowledge Above All would have also let Gideons hammer act as a duel catalyst. It makes sense lore wise since he casts both Sorcery's and Incantations, yet even in game he switches to a staff and catalyst to cast, barely even using his hammer in the first place except to reproc the skill on us.
The only time I’ve seen him actually use his hammer like a hammer is if you catch him while he’s trying to use the skill and interrupt him, then there’s a chance his ai decides to bonk you in the head with it for a little while before going straight back to spamming spells
i wonder if weapon catalyst functionality even exists in the game. considering how much of its everything is taken directly from the souls series, i'm not sure _why_ it wouldn't be, but the complete omission of any of 'em makes me wonder if it was actively a design decision to not add any and subsequently they weren't concerned with making changes to core systems that make just tossing them in not a particularly simple task. i can find like two mods that modify some weapons into weapon catalysts, but from what i can tell, all they actually do is make them a catalyst with actual r2s i do have to wonder how weapon catalysts would actually _work_ in elden ring. they could replace the heavy as per tradition, but charged heavies are such a major part of the game that giving them up for something that you could just get by off-handing a catalyst does not seem like an great trade. especially considering that the main type of build that would appreciate being able to cast with a weapon are 2h ones that have switching off from 2hing to make use of an offhand catalyst, and those tend to use big weapons that have _big_ 2h charged heavies. the modded ones i found cast with r1 like normal catalysts do, which would make for in-game consistency but also just brings the opposite issue of r2, where it doesn't fit well with quick weapons that really like their r1 chain which tend to be dex weapons and there's your cast speed stat. not to mention, if you powerstance with a weapon catalyst in your offhand, what happens when you press l1? i suppose the simplest answer overall would probably be to just make an weaponskill, which also has the benefit of opening the door to letting the player make _any_ generic weapon into a weapon catalyst via an ash ... but then you lose out on turning gideon's hammer into a weapon catalyst, unless you just totally remove the current skill or i guess turn it into a stance skill or something. seems kinda clunky tho quandary
@@hi-i-am-atan The Elden Ring Reforged mod has proper weapon catalysts that replace the block button. It's fun to play around and it's surprisingly well balanced.
Even if it's not on Gideon's hammer I do hope there is something in the dlc that lets you cast both sorcery and incantation. It's already kind of a pain in the ass to level up both faith and intelligence in the same playthrough so it doesn't seem too unreasonable or OP to put in the game
@@cellokid5104 doesn't automatically target the enemy you're locked on to, it's good for dealing with smaller enemies if you don't wanna lose track of the main one
Honestly, all your long-form content has been ideal for background listening at my job, really makes the shift go by without any boredom. Also love going back and listening to your randomizer vids for a similar reason. Love your sense of humor man, thanks for all the enjoyment you bring!
@@lichbane01 oh half my co-workers play ER as well, I’ll just tell them who it is. But yeah, I have busted out laughing when my boss has walked by several times and just had to endure the judgmental stare😂
"nothing good can come from something that only lasts 30 seconds" Tell that to the three gillion people who won't stop using Flame Grant Me Strenght. Personally I found the jellyfish shield to be pretty good on my sorcery build because I casted spells instead of using weapon arts. Plus the fact that it's a greatshield helps because any normal mobs attacking it while blocking will be stunned for a spell. Works really well with melee sorceries like carian slicer.
Something interesting for the people that don't know is that Destined Death Ash of Wars (Maliketh's Black Blade or Black Knife) stack with the Black Blade incantation for a temporary 20% health reduction, they however do not stack with each other. This means that if you remember to apply them again before the debuff runs out you can effectively fight bosses with 80% of their max health.
Awesome of you to use Jecht's theme at around 46:35. BTW, yeah. I listen/sidewatch your videos while I play elden ring. I got the game windows in 1080 and I just have the extra window space for a browser.
I genuinely love the work you put into the clips for every listing in these videos. Even the twirling weapon models. And especially the special demonstrations that no doubt take extra time. I thought about listening to this in the background while at work, but I actually wanted to watch the footage and appreciate the work you put into everything from your dynamic shots to character fashion.
I only got into Elden Ring recently. Sub'd to you after I stumbled across like 3 different videos you had posted with info I was after. Like you said at the end, I now listen to your vid's on my second monitor while I play the game. You've got great content and it's clear and easy to listen to without random loud crap in the background. Love what you're doing.
Man, I just discovered your channel and you’re funny as all hell, the way you broke everything down was both hilarious and useful. This was probably the most useful Elden Ring video I’ve watched so far, appreciate it my man!
A fun thing I learned about Surge of Faith is that if you can get her against a wall, you can just spam the hell out of it and Malenia is just constantly thrown back with no chance of recovery as long as your stamina lasts. It throws her out of that stupid wake-up kick she has, it's amazing.
I respect your opinion, but I think you may have underrated Glintstone Dart by a wide margin. I did a run last year where I went full Spellblade set, Shard of Alexander, Godfrey Icon, Magic Scorpion, and Graven-Mass Talisman. Kris in my right hand, Carian Regal Scepter in my left. A charged Glintstone Dart could one-shot 80% of the mobs in the game, and the follow-up poke would finish the job 99% of the time. I went through almost the whole game just using Glintstone Dart and Shard Spiral, and it was by far my easiest run to date.
ive seen the mohg microwave stick shove out 20k+ damage against malenia first hand and a video of it ending both of her phases with just 2 full casts on a build centered only around that skill its insane and i genuinely love it for that. bonus damage if you scream NIHIL using it trust me.
Firebreather consistently stun locked the Leonine Misbegotten at Morne Castle on my first playthrough when I was an underleveled Wretch and didn't have any strong weapons. I will always respect it.
Interesting. I knew The whip you get in Morne also does that-the item description even give you a hint about it stunning him. It’s pretty dark actually, because it staggers him because he’s a former slave who’s leading a revolt. Come to think about it: I don’t even remember why we’re fighting him, seems like we just showed up and kill him because he’s there.
Rusty, at this point you could rank all the #1 winners of all the previous ER ranked videos against each other, to find the #1 best rankable-thing in Elden Ring.
I didn’t play this as background. I legit watched every single second of this video. I just found you, I think your content is not only funny, but very helpful as a Elden ring player. Keep up the great work man
I had this video running in the background while I was doing something else and it was so good that I stopped what I was doing to actually watch it. I'd say that's the biggest compliment you can give a piece content in 2024.
Honestly props to you, my favorite things about your rankings are how you factor in alot of things instead of focusing on damage only or pve, and i also love how entertaining and unpredictable your rankings are even if i do disagree with a few of your placements.
@@TheLastGame666 I agree completely for Wolf's assault and Wings, mained both for playthroughs that went smooth as butter. Good to know on the other 2, ty!
51:28 You're right about that one. Legit making fan art for a friend for Valentine's Day and this was playing in the background. Thank you good sir for a good time.
This guy just posted the longest tier list video not long ago and then he followed it up with another longest tier list video again. The man is a machine
I understand why someone would think the Glintstone Kris is only average, but it should be so much higher! Its fast, both the cast and projectile, has really good range and good tracking and hitbox, and is incredibly buffable with so many different setups. You have to actually try it out on a proper build to belive how good it is, even at lower levels or minor investment.
These tier list videos have been bangers, informative and entertaining. Your criticism really showed there’s room for improvement despite Elden Ring being such a successful game.
@@mfspectacular Personally I kinda like that there does exist weapons with scaling that makes no sense and stuff like the erdsteel dagger that's useless in every setup EXCEPT one. It's similar to the game Yggdrasil in the anime Overlord where the devs put hidden stats/features on otherwise unremarkable items and it was up to the players to figure them out :)
@@carljohan9265 nonono, i mean simple stuff that gets overlooked or just not used. Giving psuedo uniques like the crystal swords true unique skills- or just making them infusable. Giving strike damage to the ruin ugs. Giving some menu to turn on/off summoning pools, cause as they are now you gotta reactivate *every single one* if you go into a ng+. Being able to buy golem arrows again, or what about buying max smith stones? It's just small stuff like that i meant, cause if youre talking niche stuff, weapons like the occult brick hammer & warped axe are what id list off as a favorite of mine.
For some reason, this video is “up next” after almost every single video i watch. It doesn’t even have to be about gaming. I’m not complaining though, these tier lists are 🔥
I honestly love just putting on these videos while doing various tasks from washing the dishes to farming for the noble's slender sword. Few people make content like this to such a degree, and, for that, I thank you, Rusty. I've been watching this stuff for a long time now, and it's always really exciting listening to you ramble regardless of what game it is.
Envoys Longhorn is my favorite weapon for any large enemy (dragon, falling star beast, placidiseux). It does insane damage and staggers too. However I recently began using Cranial Candlestand for large enemies I can get under… like normal dragons. It’s kind of nuts the damage the many bullet attacks skills can put out. Especially when there’s a build around them.
Rusty, I actively watched not only this video but all of your other videos as well, including "All Weapons" and I enjoyed every minute of it. Your scripting and delivery, as well as the time and labor you put into putting your videos together is phenomenal; I feel it's the least I could do to actually pay attention to them rather than treating them like background noise. We appreciate you. Please don't deprecate your own efforts by implying your work isn't worth our attention.
I’ve just been throwing on a playlist of Rusty’s channel as I’m playing to get even more hyped as I’m playing lol The icing on the cake is I just used the blasphemous blade to kill senessax and right towards the end of the fight I was at the moment in the video where he just glazes the blasphemous blades unique ability lol.
Nah I love the winged scythe and it’s special attack, it pretty much carried my ass through 3/4 of the game before ultimately switching to godslayer sword for more damage towards the end of the game. My favorite ways to use it was to either get up in ppls face and hit it, staggering them then Going in for the send follow up hit or intentionally missing ppl and then coming back like a boomerang on them.
Gargoyle's Blackblade is my favorite weapon, but Corpse Wax Cutter makes me wonder what Miyazaki and his team were smoking when they made the Blackblade weapons. It's a Destined Death skill without the health debuff, it uses the blackflame effect for the tick damage, and worst of all, it's boring
@@morgen_t Yeah cause I got it early by cheesing the Black Blade Kindred, and it carried me all the way through the game. Eventually I switched to Blasphemous Blade for my Str/Fai build, but then decided to just powerstance them. I'm sentimentally attached to the Blackblade
I love this weapon too and apparently I am in the minority because I like the skill corpse wax cutter I used it with a faith build and it was a great boss killer that still really helped me in godskin duo fight
@@matthewkukowski4638I wouldn’t pair it with the BB, but it makes a great alternative for areas where enemies are strong against fire. The AoW is so similar, you don’t have to think about which one is equipped. BB + another GS with flame affinity & GBB + another GS with Holy affinity. The “another GS” could be the same, just change the AoW. Add claw talisman and raptor’s black Feathers, and jump-attack your way to victory.
51:20 Rusty, i couldnt care less about which "unique skills" are better than others, I'm here because youre the one ranking them with your awesome sense of humor. Keep making kickass videos man (after a reasonable break, you earned it with the god damn weapon rankings)
I just found you and I couldn't be happier for it. Not many youtubers can make me laugh the way you do. The hyperboles and analogies are more golden than the flashbang I get from using wave of gold in a dark room. I will admit I did throw this vid on in the background while farming runes but there were times I just straight up stopped farming to actually watch and I blame you for halting my progress. Shut up and take my sub and keep up the glorious work
Yes. I found out the hard way when using "knowledge above all" in PvP. I was wondering why I was getting roffle stomped by radagons rings of light and figured out pretty quickly that I shouldn't use that skill at all. Feels good to do extra magic damage though.
I like the Nebula from the flail because the small motion in the dive forward has been useful in specific PvP scenarios. Keep up the great work, Rusty.
I love how you actually call some of us out for using this as a background noise for something else. I do a lot of assignment and love your content so I just put the vid there and watch it whenever I feel like I need a break
Believe it or not, but I actually never run anything in the background while watching your videos, and I’ve watched multiple videos of yours which are over an hour long. Your commentary is entertainment enough for me. Can’t even count the amount of times you make me laugh. Surprisingly informative too. Earned a new sub!
08:43 *Sits up and points* I know that sound in the VERY quiet backing music. Sly 2 OST detected! (Love the vids, finished watching the weapons one earlier, these are a genuine treat, thank you!)
Man really thinks we won’t notice the multiple Sly Cooper OSTs throughout the video. We’re all starving for another entry, just because it’s quiet doesn’t mean we won’t notice
You know I did indeed have this in the background while I was in training of GBFVS. Then I went out and came back home to finish it as I ate some food. Longer videos like these are always nice to have when you're doing mundane task like farming in Warframe, or like I mentioned above, in training in a fighting game. I appreciate these videos you make
I'm in complete agreement with you on the point that Sacred Phalanx should be stanced, also Happy New year I hope you have a great time with whatever you have planned tomorrow.
btw Rusty I do listen to these super long videos in the background while I work on art! :) your commentary is fun to listen to without being too distracting.
Rusty: “Idk how people can watch these unless it’s in the background” me who just zoned out and absorbed an hour of succulent Elden ring ranking content: “idk either”
I like the Blade of Calling, it does great damage at range. I do mid-game focused on helping randoms and lemme tell you having do 1100 damage at 40 feet away is grand.
51:25 I’ve listened to your almost 3 hour All weapons ranking like 4ish times since it released listing to it in the background while playing Elden Ring….. same goes for the ash of war, sorceries, and incantations rankings. Not only is it helpful as a reminder what is best to use… but you are also hilarious and super entertaining to listen to while I am playing! Never stop doing what you do Rusty…. I’ve been around your channel since Hollowknight’s glory days. I am more than happy to support with as many watch hour as is practical. Thanks for all the information and entertainment over the last few years! You really are brilliant at your job as a content creator.
Not even gonna lie this is one of the best hidden gem channels I discovered this year . Appreciate your videos and the work you put in man. Keep it up!
Gravity Bolt is so damn funny, I just summon Greatshield Soldiers and while they block the enemy I stay behind and just orbital strike the fucker until they can't even understand the gravity of the situation
Good god, you put a lot of work in these videos. You bacame one of my favorite youtubers to watch over the past 2 years and when I have time to spare, you are the go to creator for me, bc the way you edit these videos and your commentary is entertaining as hell. I watched the entire weapon ranking video in one go and didn't get bored for a single minute. You just deserve it. Nobody can change my mind abou that. I really hope you had a great year, aside from pumping out these bangers and I'm excited for what's coming, since shadow of the erdtree is creeping up on us.
My two favorite things are animating and playing Elden Ring. When I'm doing the former, I love to put on your videos so that I can get better at the latter. You're informative and super entertaining, thanks for all of the effort you put into making these videos.
If only we could choose to become a low fantasy cyborg and replace our leg with some kickass prosthesis that shoots lighting and has a sword in it lol. Captain Niall is a pirates wet dream.
If I recall correctly, Moonveil's damage was shot in the back of the kneecap in 1.02 or 1.03, because even the damage on regular enemies in the clips you show are like, really low in comparison to what it was like on 1.01. There's a reason why the Moonveil was the speedrunning weapon of choice, it would just delete health bars of even bosses.
i watched the unique skills video, and then the DLC skills video, and then the questlines video, and then this one, and then i took a nap, where i had a dream that i was in elden ring reading the item description of a generic-looking soldier's helm which said something along the lines of, "When you Crystal Lizard, the helm damage 13,873,267 the enemy bleed." and that item description was read to me in rusty's voice. kind of scary what does this mean
I was so confused about Wolf's Assault being rated so low, but no I totally agree, it's really hard to build around -- even when it's the main weapon your build centers on 😅
Just having high int and decent strength with minimal dex does more damage than many AoW, doesn't really require specific Talismans to be super efficient, and has a fairly low FP cost that the Carian talisman makes pretty much nothing for what it does. It also allows you to chain stagger certain annoying enemies alongside something like Carian Rapier and you can combo it into a variety of things. The initial jump also staggers pretty much any human sized enemy, and even Omen's and the like in my experience, so you can use it to simply space someone out in your face. It's definitely not the best AoW in the game, and it does have downsides, but landing it isn't that difficult and it has some pretty solid uses against a variety of enemies while also having frostbite buildup. Out of the strength Int weapons, the only one that consistently does more damage when close up (so no spamming Gravity Bolt from half the map away) is Star Caller cry, which is slower and doesn't work so well in some situations, while also being more expensive. I think it would be better if the Royal Greatsword actually had FB buildup on the base weapon, but I think Wolf's Assault is infinitely more useful than something like Nebula lol.
As someone who primarily uses Royal Greatsword and uses a mostly intelligence build and I don’t have a high strength stat, Wolf’s Assault is an amazing anit-Tarnished/human sized enemy weapon in PVE. My friends are just shocked at how any NPC fight is basically trivialized for me as I just spam the ash of war and win(even with NPCa like Gideon I can get a decent chain going if I time the ash of war right). Id def falls off with PVP and enemies that aren’t human sized, but it even does decent damage despite me not making the exact stats for the weapon.
Just tested glintstone dart and pebble against the troll outside secluded cell in stormveil: +10 glintstone kris vs +25 magic clayman's harpoon with pebble of course, no active buffs, only my gear. The dart did 1500 UNCHARGED vs the pebble 1226. The range is also a good deal shorter. Not very scientific but with the harpoon I had to stand on the highest step, and with the kris I could cast from just in front of the entrance to the tunnel. Now if you want you can say the pebble is still more efficient because dart costs 25% more fp for 20% more damage, but both are super cheap for what they do. And then you mustn't forget that the dart can be charged. That's not just a 20% damage bonus by itself you can also throw on the godfrey talisman. That makes it deal 2111 damage in the same example as above AND further increases the range. So, I don't see where the pebble is more successful. I guess it can be considered early game vs glintstone kris which is more midgame, and the other advantage it has is that repeated uses of the pebble don't make you slowly shimmy out of Terra Magica unlike the dart. Edit: I also forgot to mention, dart pierces. Doesn't make it a crowd killer but occasionally super useful.
Idk what happened but I struggled killing fire giant with mohgs spear (prob cuz of how resistant he is to fire) but when I used the moonlight great sword I stance broke him three times with my beams doing 6000+ damage per hit I felt so nasty in ng+6
Bloody Helix is so much fun to use. The I frames on the dodge are insane and you can easily use the skill fighting unlocked because you always dodge the direction opposite you are looking
i absolutely run your videos in the bg between phone calls while im working at home. i don't even play elden ring (yet) but your brand of humor has always been entertaining for me, so i like giving you the watch time ❤
Am I crazy or is darkmoon greatsword underrated in the last two videos? I would consider its weapon skill and the whole weapon better than helphens steeple easily and yet it's ranked significantly worse. What am I missing here?
This video is just Rusty's opinion, it can be garbage just like anyone else's opinion. I'm not even gonna watch the all weapons tier list because I feel like it would trigger me too much. The Darkmoon GS is currently the most overpowered weapon in the game. I used it in co-op against Placidusax and it was like the only weapon which could get us a consistant a stance break before phase two with a useless teammate who barely did anything.

As a Magma Guillotine enjoyer, it's actually surprising how so many people fall for the follow-up attack from it, and then have their entire HP bar disappear. In PvE its can also do ludicrous damage and knock back enemies with the final ground-chop. Good video, earned a sub.
It felt like I was fighting AI when I first used the wyrmsword against other players
Once i fought a scalesword user, used the WA, i went to backstab with little hp, died, backstabed the dude who them died as i died again
@@Gatchu137no, it plays black flames on enemies it hits, instead of the red flames of destined death.
They’re the same thing💀
Black flame is the empty shell of what Destined Death is.
Destined Death = red and black flames
Black Flame = white and black.
It’s the hollow and weaker varíant lore wise, which is why it’s colorless.
@@Gatchu137the first guy was right, it does the destined death damage but shows the black flame effect
I can't wait for Rusty to rank all his ranking videos.
Another alternative could just be ranking everything, but that'll probably be a 12 hour video lmao.
This one’s def one of his worse ones lmao
The reason fires of slumber doesn't do any damage is because it's a sleep weapon, and the lingering fire damage would make whatever it is you're trying to sleep with it immediately wake back up
Entirely true, but it's still outclassed by other options. It's mostly nice for a color change in caves though
22:43 the fact you my man made the rainbow border appearas you point down at it is hilarious and beautiful to me. Nice!
The only time I’ve seen him actually use his hammer like a hammer is if you catch him while he’s trying to use the skill and interrupt him, then there’s a chance his ai decides to bonk you in the head with it for a little while before going straight back to spamming spells
i wonder if weapon catalyst functionality even exists in the game. considering how much of its everything is taken directly from the souls series, i'm not sure _why_ it wouldn't be, but the complete omission of any of 'em makes me wonder if it was actively a design decision to not add any and subsequently they weren't concerned with making changes to core systems that make just tossing them in not a particularly simple task. i can find like two mods that modify some weapons into weapon catalysts, but from what i can tell, all they actually do is make them a catalyst with actual r2s
i do have to wonder how weapon catalysts would actually _work_ in elden ring. they could replace the heavy as per tradition, but charged heavies are such a major part of the game that giving them up for something that you could just get by off-handing a catalyst does not seem like an great trade. especially considering that the main type of build that would appreciate being able to cast with a weapon are 2h ones that have switching off from 2hing to make use of an offhand catalyst, and those tend to use big weapons that have _big_ 2h charged heavies. the modded ones i found cast with r1 like normal catalysts do, which would make for in-game consistency but also just brings the opposite issue of r2, where it doesn't fit well with quick weapons that really like their r1 chain which tend to be dex weapons and there's your cast speed stat. not to mention, if you powerstance with a weapon catalyst in your offhand, what happens when you press l1? i suppose the simplest answer overall would probably be to just make an weaponskill, which also has the benefit of opening the door to letting the player make _any_ generic weapon into a weapon catalyst via an ash ... but then you lose out on turning gideon's hammer into a weapon catalyst, unless you just totally remove the current skill or i guess turn it into a stance skill or something. seems kinda clunky tho
quandary
@@hi-i-am-atan The Elden Ring Reforged mod has proper weapon catalysts that replace the block button. It's fun to play around and it's surprisingly well balanced.
Even if it's not on Gideon's hammer I do hope there is something in the dlc that lets you cast both sorcery and incantation. It's already kind of a pain in the ass to level up both faith and intelligence in the same playthrough so it doesn't seem too unreasonable or OP to put in the game
You mean like the Black Witch Staff in Dark Souls 2? The one that let you cast all magic types just using the one staff? Good times, good times.

Tell that to the three gillion people who won't stop using Flame Grant Me Strenght.
Tiches debuff also stacks so 85%

I genuinely love the work you put into the clips for every listing in these videos. Even the twirling weapon models. And especially the special demonstrations that no doubt take extra time. I thought about listening to this in the background while at work, but I actually wanted to watch the footage and appreciate the work you put into everything from your dynamic shots to character fashion.

As a Siluria's Tree enjoyer the last two videos have been great. Unbelievably underappreciated weapon.

I didn't even know it could do that. I just raw dogged it each time.
7:36 Is that Dimitri’s club theme from Sly 2 in the background? Absolute legend for using that if it is lmao
ive seen the mohg microwave stick shove out 20k+ damage against malenia first hand and a video of it ending both of her phases with just 2 full casts on a build centered only around that skill

Rusty ranked the daggers and it was #2 I just think he doesn’t like daggers
These tier list videos have been bangers, informative and entertaining. Your criticism really showed there’s room for improvement despite Elden Ring being such a successful game.

The icing on the cake is I just used the blasphemous blade to kill senessax and right towards the end of the fight I was at the moment in the video where he just glazes the blasphemous blades unique ability lol.
And bad against a slight difference in terrain.
It’s your favorite weapon in the game? Really?
@@morgen_t Yeah cause I got it early by cheesing the Black Blade Kindred, and it carried me all the way through the game. Eventually I switched to Blasphemous Blade for my Str/Fai build, but then decided to just powerstance them. I'm sentimentally attached to the Blackblade

Why do you keep doing this to yourself?
Because we’re here watching😂😂
I was so confused about Wolf's Assault being rated so low, but no I totally agree, it's really hard to build around -- even when it's the main weapon your build centers on 😅
its not that its hard to build around its just super low damage and you have to hit both parts for full damage and it takes forever.
Time to rank all enemies Rusty
I'll watch your videos regardless of length. I'm a truck driver, so it's nice to have it going through my bluetooth while I run 100's of miles
He’s unstoppable!
moonlight being so low is criminal
Idk what happened but I struggled killing fire giant with mohgs spear (prob cuz of how resistant he is to fire) but when I used the moonlight great sword I stance broke him three times with my beams doing 6000+ damage per hit I felt so nasty in ng+6
Yeah man its so ridiculous how strong those charge attacks are when u land the full animation @@domin8tion651
Use your videos sometimes like a guide thanks
Bloody Helix is so much fun to use. The I frames on the dodge are insane and you can easily use the skill fighting unlocked because you always dodge the direction opposite you are looking
i absolutely run your videos in the bg between phone calls while im working at home. i don't even play elden ring (yet) but your brand of humor has always been entertaining for me, so i like giving you the watch time ❤
Watched this while cooking
@@lharsay i demolished niall in 40sec with it, ng3 or 4. 2 haima cannons to take out the banished knights, 5 or 6 swings at niall himself. I could never get away using it against invaders tho, the audio cue is enough for people to dodge the beams easy
Fun fact! Winged Scythe can actually cancel melanias healing per hit
ive watched so many of your ranking videos in the background while ive been playing elden ring but every time i find out something new or cool, keeping going the videos are great and so are the jokes
Bro you try so hard to be clever with every single thing you say.. and if you had the ability to hide it or make it seem natural it'd be one thing. I love your content but really your commentary usually comes off just awful to me man.
