Hiking the West Trail // 6 days through the Black Forest

Join me on my 6-day hike on the West trail ("Westweg") through the wondrous Black Forest! In mostly beautiful autumn weather, with my tent and stove in the backpack I walk about 150 km from Hausach to Weil am Rhein. Halfway I meet two other hikers, with whom I walk the last 3 days together.
The first part of the Westweg (Pforzheim - Hausach) I can hopefully catch up soon. :-)
For those who want to hike the Westweg themselves I can highly recommend the following page from Soultrails, with all the huts and fountains along the way. With a little planning you can save the tent completely.

Sehr sympathische Zeitgenossen, die du dort getroffen hast :D Ich stell mir grade eure Bekanntschaft so vor: "Also ich muss ab und zu die Kamera da vorne hinstellen und ihr müsst solange warten. Dann komme ich wieder zurück und wir laufen dann einfach gemeinsam dran vorbei!" :D :D
