Nice house but having such a beatiful house in a center of a traffic road and no privacy, I mean balcony is instantly with a view on a street. With such a beatiful house, I would like to see ocean or other views but again it will be higher price :D anyway, great review Darren! Thank you!
I don’t care for the stairs as soon as you come into the home ? I don’t like the front door with no window to show you who’s knocking at your door ? Love how light it is once you go in the kitchen and living Room ? Love the windows ? I Love the back yard with the Pool ?
This is listed as a 4 bedroom house but only 3 were shown (all upstairs); didn't see an office/gym/media room that could also be counted as a 4th bedroom. Does this have 3 or 4 bedrooms?
The design and cosmetic choices in this property are disappointing, and nothing about it feels like home. Even with the ample size of the property, the aesthetic is very superficial and feels more like a warehouse. Outside, the yard space is wasted because of the layout. The garage should be in the side yard to free up space for more possibilities. Moving the pool to the center of the yard would create room for turf, perfect for pets or kids. Inside, there's too much glass and tile, and hardly any wood to warm up the space. The color scheme is an unsightly gray. And the kitchen? Who wants a gray kitchen? Are you kidding me? This builder is all about flash with no substance. I would steer clear.
