There is actually a Walking Dead episode reference, in which Rick's group kills some walkers that were trap in a barn in Hershel's farm, and then inside of that barn was Sophia, a little girl they were looking for, but unfortunately she had already turned. You can find that barn with a screamer inside in the south part of the Following map, next to a house where you help a family that was trapped on their house.

Its a joke from the developers of Henry Stickmin, where anytime you use the damn thing, it teleports Henry somewhere in the walls, or in a random place, or in freefall ( there is also a place Tolga's folly can teleport you above water and forces you to swim to the shore) .
The location of the Twilight Phantom sword is a reference to The Wind Waker in where the Master Sword is located in Hyrule Castle beneath The Great Sea.
The Charlie DVD is a reference to one of the missions in dying light, a guy that's not so right in the head is asking crane for a box of chocolates and his DVD Charlie
6:06 could be, tho how far fetched, a reference to Adventure time. There is an episode where jake, the dog, finds a box full of ice king's old home movies. Far fetched but thats what this easter egg reminds me of
11:09 could be a reference to the show “ugly americans” where a devil guy and a demon are trying reassassinate the now zombified Abraham Lincoln. In which the devil guy throws the demon (who is stuck in between dimensions thus looks like hes on paper) as a paper airplane and opens up to get an exploding like bomb kill
before you're abducted by the aliens the figure you make with the stones looks like Bill Cypher from Gravity Falls a popular Disney XD show about supernatural anomalies, the chickens could be a reference to the shows ending Wierdmageddon
This series has some of the best Easter eggs in gaming! I can't wait for Dying Light 2!
