Not sure how big the games have to be, or how big the channels have to be, but Saiko No Sutoka had a bunch of easter eggs for creators that played the game at the time. I had one for sponsoring them that was an item called the "Mask of Zeronity". It was a mask from my old TH-cam avatar in 2019, and I know they added a mask for another content creator as well recently.

I'm actually SHOCKED that Insym hasn't made it onto any of these vids yet! He (and PsychoHypnotic) have easter eggs in Phasmophobia, as well as We Harvest Shadows and some of the Observation Duty games, primarily from how he as someone that has an appreciation for and has studied game development, his helpful critiques and reviews of (usually) horror games over the last few years has helped many devs to patch their games to fix bugs he finds, adapt new tweaks to game mechanics to help devs refine their games after launch as well as giving reasonable and humorous reviews to help devs and aspiring devs learn how to improve upon featured gameplay for future projects. I love TH-camrs asking for us to help them, they put out videos, make money off us watching, us telling them about shit and giving ideas, and yet no one that gives ideas that literally make the video get to make a penny from it. TH-camrs shouldn’t ask us for ideas. They should have to pay for them.
