Thanks for putting all the colors together to give us a better idea. You look great with all of them, but if you need to choose one, pick the light blonde :)
Thank you so much! 💕🥰 I am definitely leaning toward the creamy ice because it gives me a way different look. Makes you feel like a hottie!😄 Love it so much! ❤
I'm losing my hair so much and I've never worm a hair topper or wig and I'm so nervous about getting anything like this, but thank you so much for your video, this gives me hope that I can get something that looks natural and wear it when I go out. (from Sandi)
Sandi, it's a tough journey and my heart goes out to you. People discount what an emotional thing it is to women, in particular. There are lots of little tips and tricks and it will take time, definitely, but you can absolutely still feel beautiful in alternative hair. They've come such a long way in recent years! You're probably the only one who will know. People get contacts and braces and hair extensions and all the things to fix what they feel uncomfortable about and alternative hair should be looked at the same way. Give yourself time, play with it, wear it around the house for awhile, and then realize that you are beautiful and you deserve to feel it! 💕
Sondra, you're right, when you're wearing your hair piece out in public, unless you just have it up in a ponytail, you need to either get a piece that matches your hair well or you could have it colored to match your own. You have some minimal coverage in the back with toppers, but your real hair will show through, so it's important to find a good match (in a topper), or to get a full wig that hides all of your hair and frees you to wear a variety of colors. I change up my bio hair color often, so when I'm using these toppers, I'm using them for Zoom calls or videos or demonstration. :)
Hi! At the 6:08 mark, I apply the tape at the front, which is fine to do. The nude is the only color Uniwigs carries, but if they went too dark with it, it wouldn't show up in your part line. It's pretty subtle, not stark, and it has the lace mesh over it, so it doesn't feel bright or super light at all. What you could do, if you feel it's too light for you, is to apply a little foundation/ powder/ bronzer/ contour along the top to get the perfect shade and lightness that you're looking for. I will add foundation or powder, sometimes, to brighten it up, since the lace mesh softens it. Good luck! :)
@@TerriWheatMakeupTribesorry thats not what I meant by tape. I meant apply a tape in the front to secure it on your head and maybe have it semi permanently for a couple of days. I have a topper which I apply a strip of tape on the front, and sometimes i dont have to use the clip on which is also good for my weak bio hair

@@mahasamhadan4326 oh so sorry! Thanks for clarifying. You could use tape but I feel like wearing it for days wouldn’t be great for your bio hair under it because as you sleep you would have some rubbing. Also your scalp wouldn’t be able to breathe through the night which I think is probably good for it. Also, I would be nervous about potentially pulling out any of my own bio hair along my hairline. Just some things to consider but doing tape for a day just for more security should work!
Hi, Lillian! I have not had them hurt when I wear them. When I'm putting them on, I'll re-adjust them in the beginning if it's not feeling totally right and comfortable. The Uniwigs clips are very comfortable. Unless you've had bad clips on other brands, I assume it has to either be not enough hair right there so it's putting a lot of strain on the thin hairs or that the clips are dug in too tight. You may want to go down and grab some hair from lower, more down the sides if maybe the hair you have on top is too thin to hold it well. Also, if you wanted extra stability without feeling like you need to dig them in too tight or too deep, maybe try a soft wig grip headband under. Hope those things help, Lillian. Thanks for watching! 💕😃
It looks great!! Does it feel uncomfortable on your head? I use halo couture but it breaks a lot because I wear it a lot. I love the permafrost I’m a cool summer when it comes to makeup. I’ve also tried Seint makeup All awesome How can I order a hair topper? Does it work alone with your other hair?
Thank you! 💕 It does feel comfortable on my head. I’ve not worn it for long spurts and I haven’t worn toppers for a long time but to me it’s very comfortable. I tried the halo but I need hair on top and it just looked and balanced to have the hair on bottom and such thin hair on top. Yes, I’m obsessed with Seint! If you need a Seint artist, let me know! Toppers are meant to work with your hair, not alone. I can’t wear my hair down with this one because it’s not my current hair color but I wanted to show the color. You need one that matches your hair because they are not thick enough in back to be worn alone in real life. Seems like incorporating one’s own hair in the front might look good if people have lots of hair in the front, rather than very sparse hair? I also think a side part might be more forgiving because it doesn’t divide the face down the middle? Just a guess?
Sarah, you just have to play with it to see what makes you feel your best and most beautiful, and natural. It's a tough journey with a lot of emotions, so you have to find the little tricks that help you feel comfortable and confident and like yourself because that's what it's all about :)

Hi, Alice. You could absolutely pluck it a little to widen the part. I don't have the heart for any plucking, yet, because I'm so happy to have 'full' hair and after losing so much, I'm paranoid and value every strand, but I think that's definitely a good idea and would work well. Good luck!

Hi. This is what I found on Uniwigs FAQ- 'All prices on the UniWigs website are listed in U.S. dollars. If you do not live in the United States, you can still shop with us. Your bank that your credit/debit card is issued by will determine the exact exchange rate. The amount taken from the original funding source is returned in full when refunded by the seller. Please note UniWigs cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations.' Hope that helps!
You can definitely pluck it to thin some more. That's common, but after being on this difficult hair loss journey, I just don't have the heart to pluck anything yet. Whatever makes you feel comfortable, confident and beautiful. Good luck!

Can you put a tape on the front of this topper? And is it available in darker colours for someone with a tanned/brown skin?
