thts the USA way.. make a call to china and once it ships to USA jack up the price...... bet that cost less then 15 bucks for parts and labor to get it made .. just another side money for him... this wont be a hot seller anyways and im sure he knows that..
Blackberry Pearl had the best keyboard. They need to remake that along with the text algorithm so you can type with one hand and without even needing to look at the screen. Ahhh.... so many memories of that.
yeah, in general i always prefer physical controls with nice feedback. car interiors have been suffering the same fate and it's even worse. having to dig through 4 menus to change something that used to be a dial on a dashboard is a pretty big regress
The reason phone keyboards do not exist anymore, is because you can't use keyboard shortcuts, and why take up the extra space when you can make it invisible...
yup its 98% profit.. the USA way, make a call to china... lots of stuff out there just rebranding and copying whats popular.... this wont be a huge seller... ust another thing from china to make a easy quick buck with no work at all and they just hire low paying people in usa to pack it and ship it out
great idea. some people still type the entire word instead of AI guessing wrong. Is it Peach? No, is it Pizza? no, is it pizzaza? no, is it paparazzi...
My issues with this are buttons wear out and trap dirt and dust. If the grippiness comes from that rubberized texture similar to TV remotes and computer mice, that's a feature I've grown to seriously dislike. Over time the coating gets all gummy and gross as it reacts to oils in your hands. I'm not a fan of how manufacturers insist on doing this. I'll often take rubbing alcohol and cotton balls to remove the coating and go down to the plastic.
china made for cheap and sell for 98% profit.. just another thing to make money.. this wont be a hot seller anyways and he knows it but cheap for them to get it made in china
and i bet it cost them less then 5 bucks to get it made in china.. ship it to USA and make 100+$ easy.. i bet he dont even pack it and ship it himself and just hire people willing to work for low pay... this wont be a hot seller anyways and im sure he knows that but they are cheap i bet to get made so hes not losing much.. just another easy quick buck making ..
Speak for yourself about it being more than a decade since typing on a BlackBerry. The last BlackBerry was only five years ago, and physical keyboard smartphones are still around.
this might blow your mind, but ... you can slide on touch screen keyboards. the phone can auto complete. you do not need to click on each keys to type.
Neither works for me. I have big hands with big fingers, phones often think I'm intending to hit one key when I'm actually intending to hit the other. Sliding makes it worse. I often have to use the voice text feature, but that also is at the sacrifice of privacy when I'm in a public setting.
its reservations and i ordered mine the moment reservations went on for my iphone 15 pro max and for the 15 pros they should start shipping by april 30th
Holy shxt i miss my kyocera rise. Why they didnt do this sooner. The bottons are a fool proof way to type vs a touch sensitive screen. They should scrap in phone speakers and any unnecessary shxt they weigh phones down with nowadays.
BlackBerry wasn't the only one with physical clicky clack keyboards. Kyocera, Motorola, and of course the Nokia 9000 which came before Blackberry, guess he forgot about them.
This is not novel or new. Typo Keyboards had a similar product but were sued into oblivion by Blackberry/RIM before they themselves went under. Glad NBC mentioned this.
i really appreciate this kind of product. i use greenlaw keyboard case for ipad mini 6. keyboards let me type alot faster, give more screen space, and allow me to all kinds of tricks with keyboard short cuts. whether it is tablet or phone i appreciate these products. i do alot of typing or editing on google docs. or other tasks online that require typing.
I miss having a physical keyboard on phones like the Sidekick. It was so easy to text and drive cause you can feel the buttons without looking at the phone while keeping your eyes on the road.
yup its the USA way.. make a call to china and once it comes to USA it cost 10 times ....bet they dont even cost 39 bucks to get it made maybe less then 15 bucks with parts and labor... easy 100$ in his pocket... im sure he knows this wont be a hot seller just another side business to add on his work ... im sure not even 30% of people will even buy this
yup and forgetting to live in the real world... dont fix or add something that works fine already... for 130 bucks i bet it dont even cost them 10 bucks to get that made in china, once it gets shipped to USA it gets a price tag thats way higher
This sounds like a great idea. But $100+ is kinda steep.
it's not just a keyboard though. It's also a case! 😀
Agreed. I refuse to buy anything off Temu, but that price is steep. Nope.
thts the USA way.. make a call to china and once it ships to USA jack up the price...... bet that cost less then 15 bucks for parts and labor to get it made .. just another side money for him... this wont be a hot seller anyways and im sure he knows that..
Yea, I’d give it a shot for $20 bucks. At $100+ it’s dead in the water
No. 2005 called and they want their blackberry back

That's gonna be a no from me, chief. As a person from the 80's I've had my fair share of keyboard phones. But good luck to them on the product.
So cool to see Michael Fisher on the news! Best of luck on a neat idea!
i want cell phone nokia the past. they miss that cell phone nokia. will buy soon.
I miss the ooolddd Blackberry's before the KEY2 LE
What I like about it is the full screen just for you. It can be very useful, depending on what you're doing
No, I’m fine with the screen. It’s just another unnecessary expense for me and income for them.
It's Apple pricing. Charging $100 for something that costs $1.50 to make. Plus the tiny rubber keys are no Blackberry or Nokia.
yup its 98% profit.. the USA way, make a call to china... lots of stuff out there just rebranding and copying whats popular.... this wont be a huge seller... ust another thing from china to make a easy quick buck with no work at all and they just hire low paying people in usa to pack it and ship it out
its a small start up of course they will have higher prices they cant take advantage of economy at scale like bigger tech companies
Please bring back the Blackberry Bold and Blackberry Curve keyboards ❤ those were the best days
I’ll just use my keyboard on my 15 pro max . 😂
One disadvantage is your phone is now longer. An advantage is it's probably easier to use for consumers with accessibility issues.
I hate typing on the iPhone. If you go too fast and have bigger fingers it types all kinds of gibberish and the autocorrect does not help either 😅
great idea. some people still type the entire word instead of AI guessing wrong.
Is it Peach?
No, is it Pizza?
no, is it pizzaza?
no, is it paparazzi...
Paid by company so they can ad

MagSafe not compatible, that’s the only thing…..
Ohhh, is this one of unnecessary invention inventions. Great job!
china made for cheap and sell for 98% profit.. just another thing to make money.. this wont be a hot seller anyways and he knows it but cheap for them to get it made in china
nice idea but not 138 dollars worth
and i bet it cost them less then 5 bucks to get it made in china.. ship it to USA and make 100+$ easy.. i bet he dont even pack it and ship it himself and just hire people willing to work for low pay... this wont be a hot seller anyways and im sure he knows that but they are cheap i bet to get made so hes not losing much.. just another easy quick buck making ..
Weirdos! STEVE JOBS would crawl out from his grave for allowing tech companies to bring back those useless quarry keyboard!
Speak for yourself about it being more than a decade since typing on a BlackBerry. The last BlackBerry was only five years ago, and physical keyboard smartphones are still around.
I can't possibly have my iphone bigger than it already is. omg
$25-$30 yes, $100 = paypal plan for me
I don't type with my fingers. I use eye tracking to type.
It's nice, but when you use lots of emoji's, the screen space is gone.
Also, Android ver. would be nice.
Then you lose your existing case and it makes the phone way too big to keep in your pocket.
When is it coming for non i-phones?
Probably soon if it sells well for iPhones.
To bad it's not faster then just using touchscreen. the lag and latency in even the newest phones is annoying.
this might blow your mind, but ...
you can slide on touch screen keyboards.
the phone can auto complete.
you do not need to click on each keys to type.

No way!! I should just get rid of my mechanical keyboard and use a tablet on my gaming PC too! /sarcasm
No, no Been there, done that
yup this just another china product cheap to make and sell it for 98% profit.. this wont be a hot seller i say only 20% or less people will buy it...
Why
I ordered Clicks Keyboard and still haven't got my keyboard yet.🤬
its reservations and i ordered mine the moment reservations went on for my iphone 15 pro max and for the 15 pros they should start shipping by april 30th
@@SexManNordin I ordered the first one, but when I asked them about they just ignored me and said it got delivered.
Holy shxt i miss my kyocera rise. Why they didnt do this sooner. The bottons are a fool proof way to type vs a touch sensitive screen. They should scrap in phone speakers and any unnecessary shxt they weigh phones down with nowadays.
It’s available for iPhone 12
POS add-on turns your iPhone into a POS
BlackBerry wasn't the only one with physical clicky clack keyboards. Kyocera, Motorola, and of course the Nokia 9000 which came before Blackberry, guess he forgot about them.

great news. love it ❤
I will have to take my original case off to put this on everytime I type. Ehhh not for me
This is a horrible idea, i have huge hands those buttons are tiny....
I don’t care for it
a waste of money.
35$
iOS slightly tweaked the default keyboard unannounced
Seems like a scam
Not impressed
I remembered my sturdy nokia qwerty pads 🥰😉
Please bring back Sidekick style keyboard!
he will not making this if JOBS is around
i really appreciate this kind of product. i use greenlaw keyboard case for ipad mini 6. keyboards let me type alot faster, give more screen space, and allow me to all kinds of tricks with keyboard short cuts. whether it is tablet or phone i appreciate these products. i do alot of typing or editing on google docs. or other tasks online that require typing.
Lol bro could have just said "grip"
Using these old fashioned keyboards is so cumbersome. Swiping on a virtual keyboard is much faster.
Ahhhh
NO THANK YOU
$139 😂😂😂
i bet it dont even cost 9 bucks to get it made in china, whice is where its made... just another quick buck in his pocket.....
That’s so cool 😎 I want one!
You American?
i ordered one the moment reservations went up for 15 pro and pro max it should start shipping by april 30th
Seems like a stupid product. Perfect fit for the apple suck err, I mean consumers.
yes, I love this.
I miss having a physical keyboard on phones like the Sidekick. It was so easy to text and drive cause you can feel the buttons without looking at the phone while keeping your eyes on the road.
😬😬😬
$139🥱
yup its the USA way.. make a call to china and once it comes to USA it cost 10 times ....bet they dont even cost 39 bucks to get it made maybe less then 15 bucks with parts and labor... easy 100$ in his pocket... im sure he knows this wont be a hot seller just another side business to add on his work ... im sure not even 30% of people will even buy this
$139 plus tax is steep for this case, give it less than 6 months, and you’ll get a knockout that probably works just as good
Too many people addicted to gadgets.
yup and forgetting to live in the real world... dont fix or add something that works fine already... for 130 bucks i bet it dont even cost them 10 bucks to get that made in china, once it gets shipped to USA it gets a price tag thats way higher
