Everything you said is exactly why we bought our vw! Love how versatile it is! ❤

Whether you have a £70kCalifornia or a van that you’ve modified yourself just get out there and do it, if you have a camper the world is your oyster !

Love live music so I use mine to attend gigs. Recently travelled to Chester stayed on the car park next to the race course for £1.80 which enabled me to have a couple of beers. Also use to travel to parkrun stay overnight before the run. This allows me to travel to destinations which I would normally not get to - happy travels everyone regardless of what you use or for ❤️👍🏻

@@portvalemjb Thats a brilliant idea! Yeah attending events is a good idea, we love going up north to see castles and stuff and finish work on a Friday head up then visit the places on the Saturday. Nice and chilled weekend 😎

I had a caravan for a few years and then got my first campervan in 2018. Just replaced it for a slightly bigger one. Everything you have said is the reason I now love campervans. Although it’s much harder to wild camp in south of England.

The UK needs to get it's act together and be more like France/Europe. Scotland is closing down more of its freedoms too.

Ours is great for the outdoor pursuits we like, caving, hiking and cycling etc. it's also perfect for people into water sports. Get a drive-away Vango awning tent to attach to your van so that you can dry wet, muddy gear without making the van mucky and you can also have a toilet in it. They are worth every penny.

Hi Kenny, love the videos and ive heard you mention having the wifi dongal for use with work while out and about and just wondered how you find managing work commitments while out? Do you get any push back for the company if they know youre working from a lakeside etc?

Thank you so much! Well its my company so that does help (50% shareholder), however yes I still get push back regularly. People really dont like ethe idea of you going away and working in the van. I always say as long as I get my work done what difference does it make? Demonstrate you can be effective, and use zoom/teams backgrounds!!!

@ScottishVanTrips Thanks for the reply and being the boss will definitely help! I work from home 90% of the time currently so being out and about is feasible but would definitely have to employ stealth mode with the teams/zoom backgrounds! 😂

@@ebgbs77 I went out this weekend and with the Three mobile dongle I had coverage to run games on two tablets (kids) and also watch Netflix the whole time. The kids even played games on the journey without issue. Definitely feasible but arrive in plenty of time to set up and have a plan B in case you get no signal!

Also check you are insured to drive for work?
