Hi Kenny, when our LPG gauge is showing red the tank is still half full. I had issues with the SatNav from new. It was laggy and would lose us completely. Eventually, it displayed a message 'No GPS Signal'. The V-Line group suggested check that the receiver was correctly in place on a beam under the glove box, and it was. We had the dealer look at it under warranty and they said it had been placed in the wrong position and up side down by Auto-Trail. It looks to me as if it's been moved on top of the dashboard right down by the bottom of the windscreen. It's worked absolutely fine since.
The switch is for your heated mirrors. The 1970 holder we use our iPad there with waze or google maps for satnav, yeah in car satnav is pants. I hate the bump in travel seats very uncomfortable for an adult travelling. Great video 👍🏼 thank you
Great video and informative with both good and not so good points.... Really appreciate the comments on auto box as big part of my decision on replacing T6. 1
Thanks Steve, TH-cam will destroy me for making such a long video but it needed an in depth review, and I wished someone had done one that length whilst I was waiting 18 months for it!
Great video, thank you. If you can do a video on the pop top that would be really useful. We have ordered an EXP 68 this year so trying to get as much info on these vans as possible.
If you flip the rear cushions over on themselves and place them together so they meet in the centre with the cutout at the rear it allows you to benefit from the heating during the colder months (the duct being below the bed)
Awesome thanks, there are facebook groups for the various vans - V-line, Adventure etc. You can search in those groups using the magnifying glass at the top of the facebook page and it will bring up the chats that have happened regarding these sink kits, that's how I got mine. Still not done it, was waiting for at least a year to ensure its all fine for warranty...Also drop me a comment if there is anything else you'd like to see, I'm starting to put video ideas together for 2024.
Hey, not yet. Now we are back in winter I'm thinking of it. Went to balmoral at the weekend and wild parked, all good for power but would like to have had a bit more. Heading to Kendal tomorrow so will be testing it again in a wild spot. Thanks for watching.

Ah super, that makes a ton of sense!

Awesome thanks!
Great episode pal love the highlands I’ll look forward to that 😊 van looks good 👍
Yes correct, the switch is for mirrors but also rear door window if you have one. The phone holder however is realistic a pad holder haha.
Thanks Roly!
@@ScottishVanTrips No problem but just incase, the radio aerial is built in the n/s heated door mirror x enjoy you adventures xx

Certainly! I will do, thanks for watching!

Awesome tip! Thanks.
Very useful video. We plan to step up a size from our current VW and Ducato based is our preference but favouring a fixed bed. So many to choose from.
Glad it was helpful! The adventure is great but the V-Line has a fixed bed range.
Great review vid. Best I've seen! Show us a pop top vid!
Thanks so much for saying so! I'll get onto that asap!
Fantastic video 🎉
Glad you liked it mate! I need to get my sat nav fixed!
@@ScottishVanTrips seem a rubbish bit of kit. Hopefully Apple car play works on it ok for me 🤷🏻♂️
Should do. I wish it had Android Auto like my VW had, that was awesome!
Great video. Can you tell us: what's the name / model / number of the tip-up sink adjustment kit for cleaning please? Couldn't find it online.

Thanks , subbed .
Awesome! Got a few new videos lined up, what sorts of things would you like to see?
Get a small cargo net for put your phone in
That's a good idea!
How you getting on with the van over last 4 months since? We have the Autotrail V Line 636 which is almost the same van without the pop top.
It's fab, I love it! Had a few small snags but nothing too major. Just back from a couple of days in the lakes.
hey have you updated the sat nav and its software ? a update came out earlier this year mate
Hey Neil, yes it's on the latest version. It keeps crashing too and I have to set it up from scratch. I'll get back in touch with the dealer I think.
@@ScottishVanTrips i updated mine and its alot better
hey did you get the extra leisure battery? is it needed?

1970s phone holder is brilliant , for ipad or samsung notepad and use for a brilliant satnav , so a samsung notepad solves the rubish car one
That's a really good idea! Any apps that do motorhome navigation? I've still not solved my hate for the Xzent head unit 😂
