Best SC setup for the 540 IMO. Clean, sexy, and mean looking. Not like the normal bolt ons that sit next to the air box.... This engine looks like it's supercharger because of that top mount!
That’s awesome to hear, what did you use for tuning options? And what kit did you use to adapt it to the engine intake? I am trying to source a kit currently for all the bits to install the charger I have sitting on my shelf
Meister welches Getriebe? ich habe gehört es gibt mit dem Lader mit 5hp24 Probleme. Bei meinem habe ich en update: mit dem Druckregler am Getriebe gemacht und ohne Lader aber mit Wandler vom 5hp30. und Software vom Alpina mit weniger delay. Setup bei mir ist. neue vanos. Krümmer geweitet und vorkat entfent dafür 100zellen kat hinten eingeschweiss. Die andern Sachen hab ich vergessen.

Or is this a different kit looks similar but I'm new to all of this I was looking to buy the adapters and bracket kit on eBay and get a used Jaguar supercharger then have it rebuilt what's your options on that ? Which throttle body was used and are you cable driven or drive by wire still? Im trying to retrofit this into a 2000 740il currently
I used the standard throttle body and yes it is drive by wire working perfectly

Beautiful set up, I just bought a Eaton supercharger to do this same exact set up, did you fabricate your own adapter brackets or did you buy one?

Partspy has the bracket now, but this car was a toolman kit.
I have the full kit everything to bolt right on including bolts for 2500 the parts are hard to come by now

Tater Ater the e34 already had vanos 😂
Faruk 63 m62tu only have vanos, none of e34 had m62 from factory, only m60
M60B40 no vanos, M62B44 vanos on intake cam only, M62B44tu vanos on both cams.
