i always find songs in different languages quite fascinating. You can feel the essence of the emotion you're meant to feel in the song just from the language itself. With the added ethereal tone of your voice, it makes it that much more magical....and enchanting. :)

I agree, I've always loved songs in different languages. I feel like listening to a song i don't understand helps me to focus on the music itself and what message they want to get across through the actual sound of the song. Whenever I finally search the lyrics, they're usually very similar to what I thought they'd be based on how the music sounded.
when you started talking in french, i was immediately enchanted. your voice reminds me of a warm blanket on a cold winter’s day, if that makes sense. your piano and singing is ethereal, almost. it was nice to know the meaning to one of my favourite songs, too :)

I'm 23 years old and so far this song is the best way I've ever found of trying to describe what it is truly like to care for someone. Somehow the combination of the piano strokes and the lyrics manages to capture a feeling which is so mindblowingly beautiful to me

I once met this girl during vacation in France. She was so incredibly gorgeous and sweet. I always thought I just wasn’t made for relationships and wouldn’t ever really fall in love with someone but this girl just changed it all. I haven’t seen her ever since we left and every time I hear someone talking French it just does something deep inside of me. I don’t know if the feeling I get is one of sadness or joy. Once I started to learn it, just here and there, mostly because of school, and then I fell in love with the way it sounds. well i was just watching normally, and at 1:12 when you started singing, i literally felt goosebumps down to my spine and all over my body, and i teared up, i dont even know why, im having my morning coffee and everything is normal im not in a bad mood or anything but your voice with the piano sound just went through me in the most beautiful way, i had to pause the video and type this comment.

Your intro's always make my day, they're so simple yet it makes the video so authentic. The different camera angles from the piano, to the pedal, to you must've been hard to align in editing, but it paid of so well, it made the video that much better.
