One of the reasons why like half the streamer/youtuber collectives end in massive explosions like this is because you're concentrating a bunch of people who are used to being the center of attention and get high on it into one place. I know everyone's clowning on Niji and Luca, but it's just kinda tragic to see someone come from an abusive household only to take it out on their friends and coworkers.
Yeah and its definitely impacting him and the people he knows. There was a point in the beginning of a stream or maybe even multiple streams where he tries to explain himself vaguely and briefly saying he hasn't been doing well but kept saying it's just a phase and he's fine, its over, then pushes past the subject.
I only remember on two occasions myself because I am busy and I can't keep up with multi hour streams. The one I can remember without fail is him saying that on a recent stream when he first came back to streaming after his break.
It's really disappointing to hear everything he's done but I'm also taking the abuse into account. I'm not gonna defend him at all but I don't outright hate him either, I'll just stay understanding to a degree on both sides of the story. He seems troubled to say the least.

Standard practice nowadays with needing to show the entire section of documentation for context instead of cherry picking only the prime sections you want to show. I think we've stopped believing in the clipped sections since there are so many questions that people are going to start asking due to the missing context

No one gave it any thought at the time, beside Luca teasing Scarle, Scarle being the usual bully-able bottom haha funny LOL.
Later, Scarle mentioned Nina actually stepped in and told Luca to stop.
Then I haven't really heard anything about Luca on Scarl's stream again.
Just thought I'd share this, as watching this is making me re-evaluate that interaction.

If nothing else, there's clear evidence here of him sharing private company information with a third-party. This has been the basis for numerous previous terminations. If he isn't fired after this, that proves the favoritism allegations.

When "something" at your workplace/school/wherever is starting to appear and you forsee you will need proof... It's a VERY GOOD IDEA to document _EVERYTHING_ you can.
Case in point.
A friend was having issues she wasn't getting paid all her money when her paycheck came in. It was only off by a few bucks most of the time but sometimes noticable to where it affected her rent money.
After YEARS of this stuff happening she decided to take the boss to count because he wasn't taking her seriously about HER OWN money.
She ended up with a clear victory because one thing she did was she would buy those big desk calenders, and in every single box/day she wrote down everything that was wrong.
When it came time for court she had YEARS of those calendars with WELL DOCUMENTED dated events/grievances.

One of the best bits of advice I can give anyone that's experiencing workplace bullying or harrassment is to KEEP ACCURATE, DATED notes about everything - who, what, when and why - with all the hard evidence you can save. You may never need it, but always good to keep your powder dry just in case. Its such a pity there are so many garbage people out there that make that kind of thing neccessary. Not sure how anyone these days could ever think that their garbage behaviour wouldn't be noted, recorded and potentially come back to haunt them. Far easier to just not be a douche in the first place surely. But then... some people just can't help themselves.

Once you get one or two credible whistleblowers who go public with evidence that can't easily be refuted all sorts of other people from the company who saw messed up things but who were too afraid to stick their necks out, find the bravery to come forward with what they've seen.
To even greater detriment to Nijisanji's ability to silence critics and whistle-blowers is the fact lawyers have recently come forward with the knowledge that the brutal NDAs and gag contracts the company lawyers were scaring people into submission with are likely illegal and unenforcible.
Look at what happened to those who first leaked Nijisanji's filthy laundry. They were mobbed and attacked, and their reputations were ruined. Even now there is a large group of Niji supporters attacking the dozen or so whistle-blowers who have come forward despite the weight of evidence that now backs them. As time goes on and the mountain of evidence and negative public sentiment towards the company builds further, more and more people will almost certainly find the nerve to come forward. It's akin to a dam break. What starts as a trickle, very quickly builds momentum until the entire mess behind the wall of enforced silence comes crashing down. This isn't over by a long shot.

True story: i once wanted to be a part of Nijisanji EN, and almost applied quite a few years ago, but didn't have a proper camera. looking into the documents for application it CLEARLY states that you must be accepting and understanding, of all orientations, race, ethnicity, sexuality, etc, and so forth, in order to be screened for a second interview. It was stated to be absolutely unnegotiable, and the fact that there are MULTIPLE livers coming to light as phobic, and racist, and all around terrible human beings says a lot about how much Niji really just doesn't give a rats ass about who is accepted or not. It's all for show fr in order to make money.

The AR Live event in April would have never seen the light of day if Nijisanji EN didn't self immolate in February. Anycolor are throwing everything that might make a scrap of money into April so it appears in the Q4 financial report, they can't afford to take a mauling like they did when the Q3 report was out.

I was once in a very similar situation to this with an old school friend, it ended luckily during the end of the pandemic when he invited me over and i again made it clear i wouldn't date him or go further and he suggested we stop talking all together. He made attempts after that to reach out but he'd been blocked since that day.
Raziels document should be used as a warning that if anyone online or irl ever tries stuff like this with you take the warning signs and get out the pressure builds and these kind of relationships are not healthy platonically or romantically, even if you have the training or not you don't have to answer for anyone's home or family situation and no ones entitled to your help with work if they repeatedly mistreat you.

- Gave confidential information to a third party
- Produced counterfeit merchandise
- Emotionally manipulated a former friend in to working for free
- Fostered an environment that allowed those who worked for him (mods) to be the subject of un-aliving threats and doxing of PII.
Even if we ignore everything else, he should be fired, forced to refund all of those who paid for "personally signed merchandise" as it was counterfeit, Niji should be fined for selling known counterfeit items, especially as they were sold internationally and their entire IT department should be fired for not knowing how to verify a MAC address.
I've had several jobs where I had a work email, I had access to a *lot* of confidential IP related information, that would only require me using my credentials to VPN in to the system and simply start taking screen shots, if nothing else, for schematics and release schedules of IP... If I logged on from anywhere other than my work pc, or home pc I would have received an email from my skip level and either be asked for a very good reason I was using another piece of hardware, or asked to turn in my badge... If I let someone on my account and gave them access to proprietary information/content I would be in jail or would be black listed from my industry and would STILL be paying back the lawsuits the company would have sent my way for breech of contract as well as corporate espionage (I did not work for a vtuber agency, lets put it that way).
As there are screen shots and logs that prove that what the OP of the document has stated, this can't be considered a hit piece, unless you are in Japan, which is the land where you can be sued for being a whistle blower on a company that is selling candy flavored rat poison, as it would "damage the corporate image" if that information was known.
I just finished reading the document, and dang. Nijisanji needs to do a better job choosing their people. But what can I say, if one of the staff members cried because livers talked back to them, then asking for any more would be too much

You sounded like you didn’t factor how the management did nothing about his deteriorating mental health. He’s not the only Niji liver who treated his gen mates as a competitor instead of a collaborator. Nina admittedly had some elements of that from time to time and Mysta as well, plus many more. The patterns showed that the management structure discourages collaboration and their fanbases basically made it worse. Normally when a Vtuber had some sort of mental health issues, the managements would allow them to take a break. All the “breaks” in Niji are either mandatory Japan visit or hidden terminations. Niji brings the worse out of people. If Gura or even Kiara were in Niji, they wouldn’t have the support or the break they needed to collect their thoughts and continue streaming afterwards, and who knows how bad things could’ve gotten for them
I mean, this is the same company that hired a certain Australian TF2 streamer who faked his death as a talent. I don't think they're good at picking and choosing who they hire.

Niji won’t do a thing knowing their Luxiem group continues to make them money will try to ignore this and the other slew of issues stacking up on Niji. This is their strategy along with distraction events like reviving AR(Already Recorded)-Live in order to quell the fears of their most loyal fans. Will it work is yet to be seen.

So, TLDR I'm getting is... Raziel was 24 and Luca 18 when they met. They also had kinda strange domestic lives. Met in VR Chat for RP, became codependent on each other, possessive and manipulative. They basically destroyed each other.
In Raziel's case, it didn't go beyond interactions with Luca. In Lucas' case, his behavior wasn't unique to discord, and he has the tendency to disregard rules, likes attention and seems unstable sometimes in the workplace/other relationships.
Ah, and apparently Luca is afraid of pregnant women.
