I had a very busy weekend and just got time to watch your video this morning. I sent Anita the property link at lunchtime, and we decided we would look at listing together when she got home. 15 minutes before she arrived, it changed to pending with inspection.😢 We did call the realtor, and they will let us know if anything changes and are going to email some other listing tomorrow.

Ive got my dads old Stihl 044 and it is a beast. I have run a 500i i liked it but im to cheap to get one and dont really need it. I could just big bore the 044 or do a hybrid build and get the same performance. Not saying that the 500i isnbad but i just dont need one.

My guts says...He has had his life flash in front of him enough times from trees not doing what he had hoped and who would ever want to put one of their children (no matter how old they are getting) in that position.
