Nice camera work. Your trip was fun and informative to view. We travel to Cabo a a lot commercially, so this is a cool video to watch for a Caravan Amphib guy way up here in Chicago. Now this inspires me to fly down there next time with the family in our ship instead of going AA. Great presentation, well done.
For a split second on taxi out I thought I heard Greg/Premier1Driver calling ground...nope just another dude and his Premier. Thanks for a great video, really enjoy them.
I started watching the flight videos about a year ago and found your videos. I live just north of NO in BP. It is fun to see things one is familiar with as you leave STP and listen to ATC Minneapolis. I have a friend who belongs to your golf course and I asked if he knew you but he did not. Keep up the good work and will look for more videos.
Used to work at PHX Approach. I didn't recognize any of the departure frequencies. Of course when I was there Williams AFB was flying hot and heavy and there wasn't much if any IFR off Scottsdale.
Hope to vacation at Cabo San Lucas . No Comm.planes in sight. I guess it is either swim and try to avoid the sharks or hitch a ride with you! Only kidding! Thanks for the tour of Cabo. Looks like a small resort city. Safe return flight!
Which airports are you referencing? Don't see those identifiers. If you're referring to KSDL -> MMSL then I doubt you could fill all seats, add bags, then fly 700nm in a Mustang.
One day I went spotting at SDL and that Premier 3K took off, went to Flagstaff and came back. I thought it was interesting and I wish I knew the reason for the quick turn to and from FLG lol
Can you tell me why in cabo only when landing permission the lights may turned on? Is it like that on many airports? I have heard that you must turn on the landing lights under fl100 in principle. Is that right, or is that dependent on the location?
That's a procedure I suggest you rethink...in congested airspace, especially with directions from controllers to "continue", you could likely not be cleared to land until you're a mile out. Visibility under 10K, especially in a fast moving jet is paramount. Come up with another way to "remember" you're cleared to land.
I agree it is important to be seen. My procedure is to have my recognition lights on below 18k for this. Although what you describe about being cleared to land only a mile out in congested airspace is possible, I have not found this to be the case in my experience.
Very nice video! What was the wording they use in Mexico for 'go around'? I heard the controller say 'continue to your Left...' because she got another aircraft departing the runway. Is this approach considered 'circling'... www.cfinotebook.net/notebook/aircraft-operations/approaches/circling-maneuver
Todd, thanks for sharing! Very professional work in the cockpit!
Jan-Henrik Kern thanks for the comment. Glad you enjoyed it.

Always look forward to your videos. Thanks.
Thank you for watching.
Typical Severe Clear day here in SDL... I keep watching these videos out of SDL waiting to hear myself on comms.
Does anybody know if this flight SCF-CSL is possible with the all the seats full on the mustang in both directions?
Great video!

LANDING OVER SUCH POVERTY.......but life aside, great video of the Mustang.
These people are well to do compared to most of Mexico!
Great video as always. Thanks 72G
Can I ask if you could include your planned route in the details for your video, as I like to re-fly the trip in the Mustang on my sim. Thanks.
So relaxing!
We need more videos please!
Crazy clearance-expect FL370 3 minutes after departure.....never heard 3. Any chance that was because you were crossing the border?
Nicely done sir.
Would you ever consider taking PACs to help out with gas money? I'm near KLAS.

There's no regulation of which I'm aware. It's just my method to confirm I've been cleared to land in case I forget.

I wish your speed tape on the bottom left was in knots
Great to hear the radiotraffic.
Glad you like it.
Loved it!
