Actually, the members were so private with their lives. They showed us a glimpse of their houses, but we never saw it entirely. Which is great since EXO have one of the most craziest sasaengs you'll ever know. And I think it's already known by every exols that EXO are not living in their dorms anymore unless they have schedules where they need to wake up early. When MQ visited Suho in their dorm, he was preparing for his solo album maybe that's why he's there and the rest are not. Baekhyun even mentioned a famous and expensive apartment where Suho lives. That was in Knowing Brothers. Last Chuseok, the members said they went home to spend their holidays with their family. It means they have their own space. It was very obvious for Chen to have one for his family too. I am happy to see EXO being successful at their young age that they get to build their own home from their own salary. It also inspires us fan to strive hard so we can also build our own house in the future.

Well as exol I think we are lucky to be able to know their homes even a little because as exo is so popular at the same time they have many Sasaengs behind them. Xiumi's house It is beautiful just like Kai's, which even has corridors haha, and Chanyeol could also invest in buying a building!
Well we know Sehun has his own place and obviously Chen but i hope nothing is revealed about his home cuz we dont need crazy sasaengs at his door. Lay said he doesnt really have a home since he's constantly on the move so just stays at hotels most of the time. I have a feeling all of them have their own homes but just stay at the dorm room since its easier for schedules.
EXO members are really private. We won't be able to know exactly what their lifestyles off camera look like but we can all agree that they're really smart, humble & know how to spend their money well. They invest/involve in tons of secret businesses & surround themselves with important figures. Despite their company doesn't pay them well (compared to the other big companies) they're still ones of the richest/most important figures in the industry.

A lot of inaccurate informations here, many pictures shown are only filming sets, not their house, as I know , they live or lived in a dorm with high security measures, not a random house with clear windows, for everyone 's eye 🙄
I didn't watched this video full, but some of the clips are from their own individual houses (xiumin's was shown in Sim for You episode and Kai's house was shown in I Live Alone programme) and the one building they showed in the beginning was their dorm (i don't know if the current dorm is this or not, they still have a dorm)...All of the exo now lives in their own home and they only live in dorm when they have EXO related schedules only (or when they hangout)...i hope you understood 😅
They only put together informations we are aware of and try to speculate with many other not confirmed rumours. They show a living room with Kai and Sehun on a sofa, that's actually a firming set, a chinese one ,or the TV in the kitchen that's actually an extractor fan 😅 I watched only a part of the video, I'm sure there are other inaccurate things too
The place she showed is the inside of the dorm. The image was not their dorm since they didn't share personal infos about that. They stay there if they have schedules and they need to wake up early. Probably now, their dorm doesn't have a member living or maybe there is one. No one knows since they didn't share that info in the public.

I heard that they use former dorm of Super Junior before. One of it. Kyuhyun mentioned it before. In yummy yummy show, that’s not their dorm, it’s more like vacation place to rest for them. They never reveal their entire house or location but only glimpse of it. They more to private as you can see they got a lot of fans. Even some fan still know their location. Nowadays, mostly member got their own house, like Baekhyun, Chen, Lay, Chanyeol, Sehun, Xiumin… For Suho maybe he still in their old dorm, not sure. Kyungsoo never reveal anything so I’m not sure.
