I felt so sorry for the stall holders! As you say, they would have to dry everything! You got some great bargains, I did love the jacket you looked at before you left, too. Those kittens are a mischief lol! First your sausage rolls, next diving in front of the camera! They do make me laugh, and they’re great to watch. Happy Sunday and have a great week everyone!

I buy and sell French antiques and vintage ware. That turquoise canister set sell for at least £25 each! They are worth a fortune and really difficult to find! Especially in a full set! My husband and I were screaming at the telly “ask the price!!!!” 😂🙈😬. Gutted you didn’t ask the question!

Lovely wet day, you can use first scarf wrap round shoulders watching TV and kittens snuggle underneath, I'm actually going to pound land next week first time there since lockdown, bit nervous but never mind, take care

Love, love, love yet another impromtu vloggy this week thank you! That was one wet car boot! But kudos to you for sticking it out and supporting the carbooters and grabbing a few bits too along the way. Those shoes look like such good quality, hardly worn and for a tenner a real barg! The blanket, for £3 too was a good buy as well. It's a wet day here too as I am watching this, so feeling a bit shivery now. Going to go snuggle up on my settee and cover up with my blankie while I wait for hubby to cook my roast beef Sunday dinner!! Have a good week to come and thanks again for the extra vlog x

Hi Mr. C! Wow Mittens really let's you know when she's hungry. Lol 😄 An it sure was raining cats & dogs this day! Those boot sellers should invest in buying a large canopy to protect their items from the rain as well as the hot sun in the summer. A couple of the dealers had them, definitely helped!
They started selling barcoded versions of stamps a few months ago.

When the urge to bargain hunt is strong lol. Days like this if I have the urge to scratch the itch to find some goodies I head straight to the thrift store. But since getting my baby dog, rainy days are made for staying home and making a cozy day of cooking and movies. Thanks for braving the rain for us, Mr C! 👍🏼👍🏼

I like the look of the Ren creams, and large basket. The kittens remind me of our two ... The one is very mischievous, and the other more laid back, and watches her like she's lost the plot, as she's into everything. 🤭 Lovely to go around with you, as our local boot sale closed a few months back, so awaiting another one open somewhere close .

I felt sorry for the sellers in all that rain. You are right about it being cancelled if it were in a field - being towed out by a tractor isnt fun. The only thing that I would have bought is the vintage Tala measuring cup.

I very much enjoyed this video! First of all, you look fabulous wearing that hat! I like your purchases from the Boot Sale. The scarves/ blankets very nice. They seem perfect to put on your lap sitting on the deck during a cruise when the weather is cool or sitting near an outdoor fire pit during a colder season . Also, they would be handy if you were attending a sporting event to keep your legs warm.
My very favorite of your purchases are those wonderful shoes! They are beautiful! 😊

Hi Iwan, I love bagels. One of my favorite toppings - toasted buttered bagel sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. Also cream cheese, smoked salmon and capers. I liked the basket, I have a similar one filled with pinecones. A plant would look beautiful in in too. I would line the bottom with plastic first if i used it for a plant. The round mirror was also lovely. Mittens and Pumkin are going to love their new blankies. The loafers are very stylish. Great buy. Loved Pumkin and Mittens morning meeouws. Mmm sausage rolls with tomato sauce and a big mug of tea, heaven. Have a good week. Gale.

A miserable day for a boot sale but a better chance of getting a bargain, loved the scarfs the Burberry style one looked lovely and warm the kittens will love it. They were very entertaining and your face when they sniffed out the sausage rolls was a picture. I missed out watching you on Sunday because of internet trouble but well worth the wait for the Iwan and kitten show ,so entertaining

Thanks for the fun outing and kitten time. Rains have started here in Seattle as well after a dry summer. Time to ditch the umbrella and get a good waterproof jacket with a hood like we do in the Pacific NW. Leaves

Loved the wet car boot the sellers are made of tough stuff, I would have just stayed indoors. I love to see that you have become a cat family they are so lovely and you must get lots of joy watching them, my dear old Mr. Winston is slowing down a bit now but he still has his crazy rush around the house every evening, but he is 14 now and he has to have a sleep afterward (bit like me really). Hope you have a good week with lots of lovely trips around.

The lady got the seller down to $8.00 which is a steal here in the USA. The kittens are growing fast and are so cute. I hope you have a relaxing time on the couch. Perfect weather for a nap.
