I was always a pretty angry person. I would love to be able to say that I’ve cracked the code and learned to never get upset anymore, but that’s not the truth. I’m still that person I used to be with a short fuse. I just keep it to myself now. It’s nobody’s problem but mine.

Up until the age of 20, I always found it very difficult to get angry about anything. But, of course, this is not our culture's norm, so I felt pressured to acquire anger. Actually had to work on it, mostly have righteous anger now. After watching this video, I feel like I've gone backwards in my spiritual development.
