    Ingredients for 1 person:
    4 slices of vacuum-packed sliced ​​bacon.
    2 eggs
    Extra virgin olive oil (evo)
    salt
    Let's heat a few rounds of extra virgin olive oil in a pan.
    Then let's put four thin slices of bacon in the pan.
    As soon as they start to fry they will wrinkle, it's normal!
    It will take about 2-3 minutes per side.
    Now start turning them with kitchen tongs.

    Leave them on this side for the same amount of time.
    The time depends on the thickness and how you want them, light or toasted.
    Now remove them with the tongs and place them on kitchen paper
    to remove the excess oil.

    Salt the two eggs with fine salt, as much as needed.
    In the meantime, arrange the slices of fried bacon on a flat plate,
    leaving space for the eggs.
    When the white is completely cooked and the yolk is still liquid inside, it is time to remove the eggs with a spatula
    and place them next to the fried bacon.
