I ended up speaking to him by email once - entirely by accident - when I sent a question to the "contact the webmaster" link on his site. After talking tech back and forth for a good long time, recommending code to the person on the other end who I assumed was some fellow designer, I got the reply, "Thanks so much. You've been so helpful. It's been like having Mo back on the other end of the line." Turns out he had put up his own site and the webmaster contact was him. Really sweet, funny guy.
Whoa! That must've been a very pleasant surprise! Actually, the other day, I was watching a video of Barry Gibb doing a live performance of a song with his niece, Sami Gibb, from a concert he did back in 2014. Then, I was looking through the comments on it and found one from Barry Gibb from 2 months ago basically saying that he didn't usually do this, but, because of the pandemic, he was giving out his Gmail address so that, if anyone wanted to tell him what they think of his music or send him a personal message, they could. Since I've just recently gotten really into the Bee Gees, I decided to email him. So, I sent him this really long email telling him about how I found out about them and started being into them and what I think about their music and decided to end with a couple questions for him. Well, I finally got that sent to him at 1:somethingA.M. The next morning, I almost didn't check my mail because I thought that, if he ever even replied to me, it most likely wouldn't be for a long time, but decided to anyways, just in case. And what do you know? I found a reply he had sent me at 10:somethingA.M.! Only, he just told me that he didn't usually get texts (I assume he meant gmails) on there and that it would be better if I sent him an invitation on Google Hangouts. Even though that was all he said, I was still so excited and surprised that he replied to me at all, especially so quickly! So, I sent him a message on Google Hangouts and on his thing on there it said “Invitation sent”, but he he hasn’t replied to me yet. But, I still think it's so cool that he replied to me at all, no matter what he said!

Yes, exactly my thoughts, thank you! Oh how lucky we are to still have this sweet man on video.
RIP dear Robin.
What a well spoken artist, true talent
Loved this interview. Shame today’s artists have very little humility.
Today is...?
Meu amor, obrigada por tudo e para sempre!!! Amo vc! Amo os Bee Gees!!!
Barbara and Hugh did a very good job of raising these boys and Leslie, their outlook in life has been very deep. They have no interest about money, not like artists these days.
How Deep was their Love?
A real Thinker and Doer! What a Character he developed!
I love his accent
I could listen to ROBIN FOREVER.
Robin and the rest of the BeeGees brothers are this 29 year olds fav group from the 60s till the 2000s looking forward to meeting them all one day in heaven
Brandon Mccomas - So glad that at your age you have admired their early stuff too!
What a great way to talk about the BeeGees when they were young. Miss the brothers ...Robin may you never be forgotten.
Love the Bee Gees, so humble, so funny and I totally agree, very down to earth. Did not let fame and fortune get to their heads, look at these other Hollywood stars, totally lost themselves.
I miss you Robin. You were a very special person. I hope you are singing with Maurice and Andy in heaven.
An awesome group
Wonderful interview, fabulous Man.
Nights on Broadway!😎
I always loved The Bee Gees and I always will. They were awesome together!! I miss them all together ❤
I just want to watch him on this interview, he is smart and talk with sense.❤
Robin was the voice of the Bee Gees hope you and Mo are doing great stuff in heaven, cant wait to get there
@@Tiffany.1970 They found plenty of success before the mid '70s and the dawn of the falsetto of which I was not as big a fan as some. For their first wave of popularity it was fair to say Robin was the voice of the Bee Gees.
Enjoyed so much listening to Robin’s conversation! So casual!! Love him!
@@juanita6479 I did, but he didn't answer more after that. 😕
@@juanita6479 Yes. It seemed like an open invitation to anyone.😊
@@juanita6479 Sure! It's sirbarrygibb@gmail.com .
@@juanita6479 Ugg! It's actually sirbarrygibb1@gmail.com . Sorry about that! I just forgot the 1 and TH-cam hasn’t been letting me edit or delete comments lately for some reason. So, just ignore my last comment.
Thank you for leaving us with your beautiful voice and music. RIP Robin. X
Robin was my favorite Bee Gee
Mine too.😎
He is missed very much. Not only for being the good kind man that him and his brothers were but they didn't kept true to them selves and worked hard for the right to be famous.
