sorry naoverlook ko tong tanong mo i hope alam mo n ngaun ung sagot pero if hndi p dn po sa mismong seller center ng flatform n ginagamit mo may option po dun n print ng madamihan . hndi po sa setting ng printer ung tuloy tuloy n print kundi sa mismong flatform

Hello po. Meron akong ganitong printer. Pero pag sinasaksak sa outlet naka green LED naman yung cord. Pero pag inON ang mismong printer walang LED na blue/violet. Baka alam niyo po saan pwede repair.

you mean ung malaking COD na word sa background ng waybill? wala po.

Alam ko na kung paano maprint ang COD gamit ang windows na laptop. Doon sa printers and scanners, manage mo ang printer na yon. Sa preferences, merong graphics doon. Nakadefault yon sa none. Mamili kayo ng ibang setting depende sa preference mo at lalabas na yong malaking COD na gray sa background

what do you mean ink or carbon po? this printer kasi is inkless kaya as long as thermal paper ang gagamitin mong paper no need ng ink.

Im facing problem with printing the sticker. The thermal printer keep on stuck. The paper will go in and out automatically and the beep color keep on showing red light even after i press for many times. It will cause the paper waste . 😭😭😭😭

do we have the same printer? mine as well. ganian din nangyayare napansin ko lumuwag ung lock pag printer. try mo ipress pababa sa bandang labasan ng thermal sticker .diinan mo habang nag pprint ka ganun kasi ginagawa ko okay na sya di n nag sstock sa loob ung sticker. let me know if this works on u
