hello, for normal mail.. it is up to you if you will do normal, smart pack or normal with tracking because you will be the one to shoulder the fee.. as for me, i just use the normal (no tracking) then i send a video to the customer that i have sent the item this will serve as an evidence incase some customers will file for refund cos they didnt recieve..
all shopee Integrated Courier charge the same. So i cannot really recommended anything except for Singpost Normal Mail which includes risks also. For me, Shopee and Lazada both charges expensive shippingfees but i realized theres nothing I can do since im just selling on their platform so what i did i increased my prices a little bit to compensate with the shipping fee. hope this helps!
Hi, just wanted to ask if you have to register the business in ACRA before start selling in Shopee SG, I've read somewhere that you don't have to but how about when ordering products in bulk, will there be tax issues or issues with customs or anything like that if you haven't registered yet?
All taxes and customs were taken care and charged by my forwarder (which has a local reg) so they charge me and i pay them, its included in their service, all together.

hello, self collection option in shopee only applicable for big reputable sellers and stores who sell pershable products.. if customer want to self collect or u want this type, u need to communicate with customers directly, no other way..but this is not 100% safe since its one of the violation in shopee to encourage customers to buy outside shopee..

you need to find a Consignment that will store ur supplies from China and ship to your Country. There is a lot of Consignment in every country you just need to search online and do some research about them, one of the well known Consignment here in Singapore is EZShip but there are alot aside from them, I buy directly from China also, Alibaba, 1688 and more! Consignment is the key for cheaper fees (per Cubic or weight)

put the box inside the polymailer and measure it, thats the correct meausrement... Singpost will measure the external of your package..

i'm currently using ninja van, but shipping cost is steep, which courier would you recommend for cheaper shipping cost? J&T?

hello no, because the QR and barcodes are important for mailman to scan for the shipment status to be updated in the system..
