What happened to showing the second level? You can't have stairs and not show us what's up there. Other than that I really love the warmth and comfort of this home. I love it.

Beautiful home. I would probably reduce the length of the window in the living and bedroom facing the street. The size of the kitchen/dining area and the living room is very nice. Love the laundry room in the back. That bath tub makes me want to jump right in!
Talk about love at first sight. Its absolutely gorgeous. So big and spacious. Compared with us in the UK. We usually live in rabbit hutches. Well compared with the U.S. we do.
It's ALWAYS a good idea to place prickly cactus next to the entry of a room. Yea think?!!!
Good use of bathroom space, allows for a place to set shampoo and wash gels vs a free standing bathtub. The shower adds more to this area! Only change would lower height of fireplace opening to allow for a TV above it. Added glass front would reduce heat loss and offer a safety feature.
Love this one! The only thing I’m thinking, for me personally, is wood floors everywhere that the black/white is and push the walls out on bedrooms and bath! I don’t mind a moderate sized living and kitchen but I love big bedrooms! I love to add extra furniture like a chaise, dresser, etc.! But? It’s beautiful! ❤

There is no second floor. It is just a little corner with high ceiling.

This house is incredible. I've never seen anything like it and I love it!. The wood and stone brick design of the exterior, and then the stone bricks continue on the inside is so cool. I like how there is separation of the kitchen/dining room from the living room and all rooms are just perfect. That's ab amazing bathtub! The stairs going upstairs are a curious mystery....
First off I want to say Bravo 👏 for another classic beauty...you take a basic structure and bring life to it..
That foyer is so charming and a must have...do you realize how rare it is today to see a foyer...you out did yourself again...well done
What's upstairs?
Magnifique !!! J'adore 💕 !!!💚💚💚💚
1. Like the foyer - plenty of space to remove shoes and coats so as not to walk water/dirt/etc., into the house, and as it has large windows, also allows in plenty of light. Needs a door at the living room entry, however, for both energy efficiency as well as security measures.
2. Excellent living room, cozy and airy feel, but I'd have bookshelves lining that wall opposite the hearth.
3. Nice laundry room.
4. Good kitchen and dining area. Needs a pantry with space for a freezer. I do a lot of canning and we generally put away more than enough for the coming year or two, not to mention buy flour, sugar, salt, and things we can't grow in bulk.
5. Great modern bathroom!
6. Bedroom 1. Nice - cozy, yet airy.
7. Bedroom 2. Cozy yet airy.
8. The upstairs terrace is a gem of a bonus and I wish we'd bee shown that part of the house.
My favorite design
You didn't show the upstairs. The downstairs was fine. I personally would remove the fireplace and many of the windows. But I live in a cold country where this increases the heating costs. I'd also remove some of the brick interior. This gets pricey for building. If its gonna be there, should be on the outside.

Why not show the second floor? Like the design but I'd like it blown up to around 2500 sq ft.
So much details on it!! Looks great and complex too, ❤ the moment im more interested in designing a bit modern houses or wood houses but a bit more simple.

The stairs only lead to a small relaxation area, where you can enjoy tea or admire the surrounding landscape 😆
Ridiculous. Why include a stairway to "nowhere," but not show its destination, especially since it's so intrusive in the living room?

Ditch the tower and eliminate the stairwell to add another bathroom. Windows in the front bedroom are much too large and that “ledge” in front of it is useless. Bump the wall out to that space and make that bedroom larger. The ginormous tub is unnecessary and I would have my dining table behind the sofa and make that area in the kitchen into a secondary sitting room.

There is no second floor. It is just a little corner with high ceiling.

Beautiful but confusing. What is going on with the tower? It's glassed in, right?? At 5:47, we get a tiny glimpse, but nothing else. From the exterior, the tower looks open to the elements, but surely not since the open stairs lead from the inside. If it was open, you would have wild flying and climbing creatures making nests in your house and eating off your table. Or maybe it's just a dream house, set in a fairytale land where all the wildlife is polite and no criminals ever heard of ladders? Anyway, it is a lovely dream whatever it is.

Beautiful home. What’s upstairs? We didn’t get to see it!! Roof pitch would never be able to accommodate a snow load in the mountains where 18-60” is the norm. Oh, poop! So what is upstairs?
