I would have sliding doors off the dining area to serve as a second egress, eliminating the door by the kitchen and bath and creating a laundry room with stackable washer and dryer where that back door is currently. The dryer needs an exterior wall for ventilation. I’d place the fridge under the stairs facing into the kitchen to make room for a larger kitchen sink. I’d wrap the deck all the way around to the back of the house.lovely house.
I wasn't keen on the location of the laundry machines, so I like your solution to the problem. Moving the fridge would make more counter space, and I'd also lengthen the island a little.
Absolutely! I'd make that covered area of porch deeper as well, at least to 8 feet, and the side deck extended enough to use it for outdoor eating/cooking. Putting the frig under the stairs, and possibly some book shelves on the lower end instead of the cabinet. I'd move the bathroom to where that back door is, ditch the closet in the bedroom, and make the current bath area a combined closet/laundry room. I might even extend a roof over the rear to create a front and back covered porch area.

I would also do like another commenter and put the washer dryer where the back door is, manage to add a two-sided fireplace or wood burning stove under the stairs (so you could enjoy the fire from the kitchen area as well) and make use of the odd deck to nowhere by adding a door near where the single window is in the dining area. Very cute cabin.

I agree and every time you open the lower cabinet door your are going to bang it against the refrigerator. No storage in the kitchen, no fireplace, deal breakers.
Take this as an opinion, not a criticism. Putting the stairs directly opposite the bathroom door is a bad idea. People may fall down the stairs at night while feeling sleepy. I witnessed it.

Just started video but two egresses are code. House wouldn't be able to live in it. You get no permit to live in it.

Placement of refrigerator does not work. Looks like the counter top comes out over the door and it would be extremely tight to open and close it.
