Thanks so much Mike and Persis! The ticks are bad this year, Mason is already on an antibiotic for an infection from his first tick bite this year. He ended up having a fever our first day digging at the B.O.N.E event but he refused to give up. Appreciate you watching. Looking forward to getting together soon.

I hate poison ivy. I got a very bad case of it one year which also occurred in March. It was from the residue left on an old tire that I would chip golf balls into. Congrats on finding such great old bottles. They really cleaned up well. Your wife must be a saint to tolerate all the stuff you two bring home. GL & HH.
Hahaha you nailed it Mark! Wife, Christine, is like seriously poison ivy again…. In the middle of winter! She has learned that her little explorer (and old salty explorer) have a serious desire to search for lost history and some of the symptoms however bad they might be (full body rashes) will never outweigh the rewards. You guys found a lot of amazing bottles. Two poison bottles in one dig is really awesome. The old Ford valve stem and center cap are great finds. That was a good digging spot and love the variety of finds. Take care and best regards always !

You guys found some really great finds. My favorite find would have been the blue medicine bottle neck with the dosing cup. If you want to clean up the nail polish bottles, sit them outside, fill them with acetone and let them sit overnight. It will clean out the old polish without hurting the glass.
