Star Wars Episode 8: The Last Jedi - Full Movie Recap

After blowing up Star Killer Base, the Resistance has to evacuate. During the evacuation, General Hux attacks with a dreadknott ship. Poe Dameron (Oscar Issac) advises the bombers to destroy it against General Princess Leia Organa's (Carrie Fisher) orders, leading to the destruction of their fleet. Rey (Daisy Ridley) is meeting with Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) and unsuccessfully trying to get him to train her. While Kylo Ren / Ben Solo's (Adam Driver) master, Supreme Leader Snoke (Andy Serkis), is punishing him for losing to a novice. With the assistance of Chewbacca and R2-D2, she is able to get a few lessons from the former Jedi. Finn wakes up to the First Order attacking the ships and decides to escape after Leia is severely injured. Grand Admrial Holdo (Laura Dern) takes over command, but does not have Poe's confidence. Finn meets Rose Tikko as he tries to escape, and together, they get Poe on board with a plan that requires them going on a first order ship. They have to go to Cantobite, and recruit a gambler, that isn't Lando Calrissian (Billy Dee Williams). This other thief helps them escape and get on Snoke's ship. Rey and Kylo Ren communicate using the force, and both think the other will turn for them. Rey tries to get Luke to help, but he refuses. Then Master Yoda shows up and blows up a tree. Snoke wants Kylo to kill Rey, so he kills Snoke instead and they have to fight the Pritorian Guards. Rey wants to save the resistance, but Kylo wants them to die. so Rey leaves. Finn and Rose are caught by Captain Phasma, but are saved when Holdo rams the ship at light speed. They escape on a tie fighter and make it to Crate. The first order attacks again, but are distracted by the Millennium Falcon, and Luke Skywalker. Rey evacuates whats rest of the resistance, while Luke's hologram distracts Kylo Ren. Then Luke dies.

the traditional ones. He uses his knowledge of movies, in this case, "", to deliver. His misremembering and interpretation of events seem to twist the story into parody. Lacking any form of parental skills, he fumbles through the movie forgetting sometimes that he is telling this to a child.
