Silence is wisdom and knowledge. If someone doesn't take the time to listen and really know you as an inner person and doesn't respect your values and your boundaries. Just let go and move on and forward with your earthly walk with Our Creator of the Whole Universe. I'm trying to simplify my own personal life. Meditation is so important. Meditation on nature and all the nature around you.

Random question I know 😅 But what is the Theravada Buddhist idea of God? Where can I read more on it? Ie philosophy? Actually, I haven't had such good experiences with Tibetan Buddhism living in India. And as a result dismissed Buddhism completely. But when I went to Thailand and met the monks there I was very impressed! I felt yes, this was Lord Buddhas proper teachings.

Its my first time meditating in many years and wow that monkey mind is chattering! When you are breathing, are you thinking of any chants to quiet the mind or do you just concentrate on the breathe going in and out? I had to pause the video 3 times from my mind being too loud but in the last 3rd I think I got 5 breaths where it was silent and it was bliss! (That was before my ego started congratulating my mind for the 5 quiet breathes! Haha).
    Thank you for your videos.

I say this because I don't sleep good and when I do meditate I feel that my energy rise so much in my body and It start to wake up me more during the night and disturbing my sleep, I already took vipassana meditation retreat 4 times, and I had so intense experiences there, sometimes I think the meditation help me sometimes seems that it is hurting me... is there a explanation for this?
