I would definitely want the pantry and refrigerator switched so the fridge is accessible in the slide when it is in road mode. Especially since it is a compressor fridge and venting is not as much of an issue.
Finally a tiny fifth wheel with road mode access!! Perfect couples coach. I didn't see any outlets on the coffee bar. Also id option out the cabinet below the coffee bar and put an electric fireplace there. I'd also want the television on an arm that I can lower. I had a high mounted TV in my old RV and it was super difficult to enjoy it.
I agree about the pantry. With as much storage it was unnecessary. I have another similar in the bathroom. I'd prefer a larger shower and no linen storage. That would have given your shower an extra eight inches. Other than that, this Alliance was almost perfect. I loved the kitchen.

I actually like the pantry and the coffee/taco bar storage capacity. Just hope there is a dinette option for this model. For RV nomads who need to work, a dinette with a big window view is tons better as an office than any tack-on bar.
I am very surprised that a dislike was Not that the fridge is blocked by the slide. Boondockking in parking lots does not like the slides open. So how am I accessing my food, especially me, who needs my medications ??
Hey Matt an Will, I hope yall are having a great day! I like the new Alliance Avenue All-Access24RK. I do wish that they would figure away to put a electric fireplace space heater in it! This is a perfect sized fifth wheel for someone that's nervous about pulling a RV behind their truck! It surprised me when you said it was the wide body 101 inch fifth wheel! I like the inside set-up of this unit, it's perfect for a couple an if you did have a guest they can sleep in the reclining theater seat. I like that it has a enclosed water docking station. I didn't think it was going to pass the shower test with Will,it surprised me that he had plenty of head height in the shower. I know in the description it said a 13500 btu AC, so when it comes with two AC'S what is the total btu's for both AC'S? Thank you Will an Matt for showing us this Alliance Avenue All-Access24 RK.! One thing I don’t like is how the kitchen counters are bi-level. Why put the center section down over an inch from the two side sections? It should be a continuous countertop. Otherwise I’d like it a lot. I too, would opt for a good size couch in place of the two theater seats. If the taco bar had a pull out section, it could double as a desk. Thanks for the review.
This is a perfect couple’s camper with the awesome reclining theater seating👍but if your main goal is to entertain guests then a far less comfortable non-reclining sofa sleeper might suffice, but a “1960’s diner” booth dinette would definitely be a dealbreaker😂
Alliance puts a lot of thought into their designs and mostly use better quality gear and construction. However, the Furrion and Greystone appliances are a disappointment. IMO Rockwood/Flagstaff use at least equally good construction and better appliances. If you like this floor plan I would opt for the Rockwood 281RK.

Nice 5th wheel for the size, inside and out. To bad grand design/Alliance can’t get their crap together with all the cracked frames on the 5th wheels that are built. They must have hired chimpanzees to weld and put them together.
Matt. This rig is for 2 people. 2 theater seats. 2 counter seats. One bed. That’s what it is perfect for. It does not need a 3 person couch.
This right here, we walk away from dealers when the only options are couches. We want the heated loungers for two.

What a bummer such a small unit has two dump valves. Also with so much cabinet space how did they not sacrifice 1 drawer for a fireplace.
