Hi Carla. Sorry for the late reply. We just saw this comment. The land of your mother and grandparents. Wow, what a special place. Thanks for watching :)
Best place I've visited in the entire world! BTW you have an amazing football jersey! almost sure is the Santos Team (of Pelé, Neymar and many others legend!)
Sorry for the late reply. You have been to Chapada Diamantina!???? Wow! It is amazing. Yes the jersey is Santos. Correct! Once the best team in the world. Thanks for watching. Safe travels
@WhatThePhoTravelProductions thank you for sharing your experience. So, every morning, you headed to Chapada Diamantinba and at night, you went back to Lencois ? Sorry for the questions, but I am getting a bit lost planning my trip to Brazil 😅
@@alrgr680 no problem! We were confused before arriving too. So Lencois is inside the national park of Chapada Diamantina. It is the best, most central place to stay to travel around the place 😊👍🏼 from the town you can pay tour companies to take you around the park too 👍🏼
@WhatThePhoTravelProductions sounds more convenient, indeed. Do you remember how much it costed each commute to your hotel/hostel to the places we're activities took place? Or was it included in the guided tours you guys took? And also, on average, how much did these guided tours cost? Being a huge cheapskate I was considering not paying guided tours but most places you guys visited look dangerous if not properly guided so I guess I am going to get some of those What months did you go there? And was it necessary to schedule the guided tours in advance? Or you just reserved the day itself ? Thanks a lot again

Hey, guys, nice video! You really did have a good time. But you missed some of the best spots (including the legendery Vale do Pati - Pati Valley). Try it the next time! (By the way, Cachoeira da Fumaça is the most famous, but the most beautiful, for sure, is "Cachoeira do Buracão")
Few places on Earth convince us that God himself has touched and blessed the land. One of these special locations is Chapada Diamantina. I have been there a few times and can't wait to go back. By the way: in Bahia (where I live) there is no Candiru (the tiny catfish that swims up your penis)... Only in the Amazon!

My sister, brother in law and two cousins got los in Fumaça, it may looks easy, but please, if you're thinking about doing it, reserve your guide money for this one 😉
I mean, its like the most gorgeous views I've ever seen. But the fact that Brazil is the most dangerous country on earth prevents me from even trying. Ive seen lynching videos. Very frightening. So I stay away.
I’m sorry but where are you getting this information that Brasil is the most dangerous country on EARTH? Honestly do your research, nor everything you watch on TV is true. Lived 23 years of my life there and never experience any of these terrible things you find on social media 🙄
The chance of you being a victim of violence in a national park miles away from the big cities is close to zero. It's not zero because nowhere in the world would be zero. In Salvador, yes, you have to be careful.
Piękne miejsca , warto zobaczyć. Polecam
Thank you 😊 🙏🏻

How many days did you stay there ?
Also, did you base in Chaoada sd Diamantinha itself? Or did you base in a nearby city?
@@alrgr680 thanks so much for watching. We mostly based ourselves in the main town Lencois. We also spent a little time in Valley do Capão

This place is so huge... It is difficult to decide where to go. And some nice places look far from others. What do you recommend?
Stay in Lencois. It’s a convenient town with a bus station. From here you can see many things for free or on a tour :)
Find a guide who will get you to vale do pati. There is several agencies in Lencois.

Olá, não são todos os lugares do Brazil que são perigosos, a chapada Diamantina fica muito longe dos grandes centros urbanos.
