Aloha Coach, awesome tutorial by reducing number of steps to shuttle from 3 steps to 2 or 1 step I can get to the shuttle faster and wait longer on my opponent's shots. I can determine direction of opponent's shots eliminating possibility of deception. Thank you Coach, I will suppliment this drill by doing lunge exercises to increase my range.
