I'm new to photoshop and I'm very much interested in doing this anime paintings over real images but I don't have those skills..Can you mention the main points to make a real image look more like anime?

This is was just really good. Really.
I have a question though, from a total noob to someone that knows way more: Was there a need to make the flags transparent? I'm guessing if they weren't transparent you could have just skipped almost entire the part where you erase the flags and fill the gaps in the building.

I am modeling and animating the flags in Blender3D, so I have to remove them and fill in the building parts. I guess most flag is a bit translucent/transparent depending on how thick is the cloth

@@Mclelun I see. It does make sense. I thought you removed the flags because you decided on translucent flags, which is the only thing that I initially found a bit odd.
Out of curiosity though: Assuming the cloth is thicker, wouldn't be easier to just put the thicker flags on top of the flags in the image? easier in the sense of saving time.

@@emmanuelgonzalezcaseira9141 that could totally work in some cases, but in this case since the 3d model is moving around, thered be a lot more process to take into mind. First we need to mask it so that it fits the "image flag" and doesnt create a ghosting effect where it could be evident we overlayed a 3d model in it.
