I have a thumbnail that is pretty messed up, a lot like the model’s nails. Only it has been like this for years. I am glad to see a video that addresses this.
Gurl same I always thought I was the only one and I was so ashamed it's in both of my thumbs it has went away at one point but then I got stressed and I started picking at them and it can back
Mine was damaged by shifting through a disorganized junk drawer and hitting it on a loose razor blade 😅 The blade just cut a small chunk out by the cuticle. It hurt for a second but seemed fine. Not enough to cause much damage. That was 2 years ago. It caused a horizontal dent and it is growing out but super slowly. It seems like the more it grows out the deeper the dent. I was usually able to hide it just by buffing it to even it out as much as possible but now it’s very noticeable. It’s almost to the end but I’m guessing another year at least considering how long it’s taken to get there 😢
Wow so nice and beautiful transformation 🤩 I have like the same thumbnail as this client and im always feeling so embarressad when going fix the nail because its so ugly 😂 But im feeling reliefed when I see others have the same problems 😅❤
Thank you so much for this. Studying for technician is so expensive that I couldnt do it neither could I afford getting them done. This was so helpful.
Thank!! Now I know why my side walls are not even and brake all the time ( I used to bite my nails really bad) and now I know how to fix it i tried with a dual form but because they are not even it lifted and looked not even so thank you very much for this video 🙏
i used to bite my left thumb because i have anxiety and im too lazy to go find something to bite on and now theres a dent on it and idk what to do so thanks!
Omg, a huge and nice transformation.👏 About the dirt under the nails...yeah, i have seen such nails..I had to clean it cause she hasn't. Not pleasant at all. 🤢🤮
My nails got fungus so I think the salon girl like this to my nail. It get worse so I go see doctor and eat medicine. Wanted to know, do I need to remove it or just leave it as it's now coz I need my nails to regrow back to normal. Waiting for your answer.
Use garlic to grow the damage out and keep cutting the growth until the damage is completely gone. You can keep pushing your cuticles in at home right after your nail soak.
Hi,I have nails similar to that if I don’t put any products on and just leave it would it grow back normally? If so how long would it take? And if not what would I have to do?
hi, our nail plate restores completely every 4-6 months, applying the gel coating, we just protect it from breaking, so if your nail condition was caused by mechanical damage, it should get back to normal after a few months🌸
Thank you, but I have been suffering with nails like this for about a year but every time it grows out it becomes damaged even thought I haven’t bumped in anything or use any mechanicals that can possibly damage it.
How long would it take for the thumbs to be fully back to normal? And will they stay normal if the nail routine has stopped or will it have to be continued still to maintain it to stay normal?
hi, it normally takes 4-6 months for the nails to change completely; if there was a mechanical damage then we just need to avoid doing that again; and if it's the natural nail condition then yes, we should continue the routine
I didn’t learn anything. I specifically wanted to know that woman can get rid of those bridges on her nail plates. I have dents in my nails because a nail tech drilled off my dip powder too hard…
I personally think the client should not come with dirt just like before a wax you should take a bath, however I will clean it before doing anymore nails
Oh wow! That's why I'm watching this video. My thumbs are worse than this woman's nails and have been growing out this way since I was 14. It's so painful I want them surgically removed

Wow that was an amazing transformation 👏 😍
Beautiful transformation. I don't mind cleaning the nails underneath, of course I'm happier when I don't have to do it ☺
Great transformation!
Thank you so much. My nails have been destroyed for over a month now. I'm ready to give this a shot 🕊️🕊️🕊️
Just stunning, well done!
i used to bite my left thumb because i have anxiety and im too lazy to go find something to bite on and now theres a dent on it and idk what to do so thanks!
hi, well, of course, try not to bite it anymore first and get your nails done since once there's gel on your nails you wouldn't want to bite them✨
Same
@@nailssakramel3158 hey, i have bumps and a big line of damage from biting, if i use a product to grow my nails and stop damaging them will it fix?

You wish they would clean their nails before the appointment but you get used to cleaning out makeup foundation from under the nails 💞

I clicked on this video because my thumb looks like that but a bit worse and I was born with it can someone maybe explain why I have it??
I have something kinda similar too and idk what causes it too. I heard that ecsma (Idk how it's written lol.) can be a cause of it...

Try a dermatologist.
😍😍😍
❤❤❤
I want to see the before and after…

You Should never remove the cuticle. That’s the nails line of defense against fungus and other bacteria.
It’s like watching an old kung fu movie
I’m thinking of ripping my nail out tbh

The technician does excellent job.great skills.but client is the worse and the long run . future infection lot a pain and danger to loose a finger.
