    Hey Rohit! Really well compiled. Do people suffer from AMS on this trek? Did you or anyone experience it?

      Hi Amey. Some people do get sick but that happens on literally every trek. And that's just 1 person in a group of 20. But if you keep yourself hydrated and take proper precautions, you'll just be fine :)
      I've been on 3 high altitude treks, I do get minor headaches but that's manageable!

      Okay! Thank you for the response.

    • @ameysathe7486
      @ameysathe7486 ปีที่แล้ว

      What precautions would you suggest apart from hydration here, Rohit? I have read that Tarsar Marsar is a gradual incline so you aren't gaining a lot of altitude unlike other treks.

      @@ameysathe7486 Nothing specific, just a lot of water, cover yourself as much as possible for protection from direct sunlight and wind, and as a precautionary measure, the trek leaders suggest you to keep taking Diamox in regular intervals (only if you're prone to mountain sickness). And yes, most importantly, no smoking/alochol. That should be enough :)

      No. You have to carry your own. Or you can rent them at the basecamp.

    Amazing video man, how did you have so much juice in your battery that you could vlog all this for 6 days, did you take huge powerbanks with you ?

    • @duarohit
      @duarohit  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks ;)
      I was carrying two power banks with me and switched off the phone when it was not being used, like at night. Ran out of all the juice on the last day but the job was already done :)

    Till what capacity powerbank is allowed in flight.
    My flight will be go first.
    Is it ok to carry one 20000mah and one 12500 mah?

    • @duarohit
      @duarohit  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      There's no limit on the capacity/number of power banks in the flight. But you'll have to carry it in your hand baggage. Power banks are not allowed in the check-in baggage :)

      @duarohit  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Difficulty level of the trek is medium to difficult. You'd need some sort of fitness for it. Try going for 4-5 kms runs 1 month before the trek
