This was a big staple of growing up with CN as a kid, and watching the channel during the holiday season. There's a charm a lot of these 1990s Hanna-Barbera pre Cartoon Cartoon specials had. Like you can tell that things were changing, but there was a lot of the old guard left at the time.
I remember watching a Flintstone's Christmas on Boomerang back in 2015, and i had a really good time with it even a few years later, when I saw it online in 2018 and it is one of my favorite Christmas specials. Along with the other Christmas specials of The Flintstones, such as a Flintstone's Christmas. For a special, which was released 30 years ago, it holds up, at least in my opinion. This is one of Jean Vander Pyls' final roles voicing Wilma along with some of the dino shorts as well as the Weird Al show until she passed away in 1999. I'm really surprised that I didn't notice that Philo from The Flintstones Kids has all grown up as a police officer until now. I think this would get a 9 out of 10. Happy New Year, 47CartoonGuy!
What I liked about this movie was how it they do set it up like A normal episode of the show where they do A community play of 'A Christmas Carol' where shenanigans issue, but at the same time, the play comes to life largely due to Fred really getting into the role of Scrooge.
I'd remembered this Special being on a Hanna-Barbera Hoilday Triple Feature DVD along with Yogi Bear and the Smurfs which I still have on DVD Buy the way
Happy new year guys cant wait to show you whats in store in 2025
Great video and I hope you have a fun time when 2025 comes around
