She wasn’t using him at all, he has been using her and his other baby mamas….. hence the child support. The child the gave together he isn’t taking care of and he is living with his mom again. There’s a lot behind all of this.

My only issue with the results of some of these cases is when it comes to the male side, it often boils down to him being the father and doing what he's supposed to do versus the fact that it was an actual situation where the woman or the mother was supposed to pay back whatever money was given or offered as assistance. The double standard that only the male party aka the father is always financially responsible needs to be eliminated, if you listen to the words in the case think about it, she stated she kicked them out because he was not working, he was not helping in association with the bills around the house but suddenly the bills around the house were not being paid, suddenly the rent could not be paid once he was removed from the home, she wanted him gone it was no longer his responsibility to maintain the upkeep of that residence, yes we all agreed you would not want your child out on the street but the logical response to that would be to allow the child to go to the parent or Guardian that could actually provide rather than taking from that party just to ask them for sustainability from a distance while also rejecting them from your livelihood

Can't help but feel Judge Judy was busting to go to the loo or something with the way she blithely cut through this one. Yet with cases that are just fairly floss we have to sit through three parts.
She reads up on their case file before they enter the court room. She can smell a scam from a mile away, and when a plaintiff opens their mouth and says exactly what is needed to start the scam rolling, JJ doesn't take prisoners.
