  • Just a quick look at basic character rigging in Cheetah3D - how to create a joint/bone structure so you can pose and edit your character models. You can grab the pre-rigged character file from here... www.mac3dsoftwa...

Glad to see you back on the tube doing Cheetah3D videos. There are so many areas to learn inside the world of 3D that your examples help me understand them so much better.

Another great tutorial! You are by far the easiest to follow, it all makes so much sense.

Been going through a few of your tutes and I am seriously thinking of taking a step up from Sketchup. Brilliant work.

Hi there, I'm going through this but i'm noticing that when i start making joints they are hidden by the object.. i'm not seeing an option that would control this. Maybe something changed since the video was posted? I'm dealing with multiple objects (spheres) not a single mesh. Maybe that's the issue? still wonder how i could get around that

Can you show how to actually DO the animation then? When I try it records the pose of only one bone; I can't figure out how to get it to record the pose of the entire skeleton at once, and nobody seems to have a tutorial on that.
