How do you get quests by the way? Over the 2 years i've done uber eats, I've only ever seen a couple of quests. Most I can make on Uber eats is lesss than minimum wage, no matter how I optimise my trips

I only get weekend quests and Uber purposely doesn't send me rides when I am close to the quest. One time I was 1 trip away from hitting a quest bonus and for 1.5 hours I did not get a single trip. I have to doordash + Uber eats to make it worth it now.
