Bravo! I'm on a mission to convince the world AVC/TSM/gyros are not needed on 4wd, especially if you want to jump your car. I'm surprised nobody in the past ever commented that gyros mess with your steering in the air. I feel like my videos were the first ones to say to turn it off for jumping.
I remember the first time I used AVC in the old Vaterra Helix 4x4 MT and although it drove very well on loose gravel with AVC, the minute the tyres left the ground it would usually result in the truck landing all sorts of wrong. Back then I didn't realize that it was AVC creating those problems and it took me a little while to admit it just didn't belong on 4x4 vehicles or that it simply isn't needed. This buggy is another example and based on its name, is targeted at more advanced drivers or hobbyist, so why they include AVC in this car is beyond my understanding. IMO, AVC is best used in 2WD vehicles.
Yeah I've been pondering over this for a little while now, I really miss having my Losi SCBE I sold it ages ago, I've looked at the tenacity db and thought it looked a little cheap, I'm no lover of AVC either , I like the way it's driving I think for 2s it's pretty good, I don't like that bog down on pull of though, I'd be interested to see if you resolve this through settings , and I'm looking forward to a 3s run too. Pretty nice channel mate.. I'll be watching this closely ..
Ready to pull the trigger on the Fox version. I’ve heard the stock servo is somewhat of a pos. I will change the the receiver to Futaba to use my 4pm. Great Vid! Look forward to you running 3s.
I'm running mine on 3s with a 13tooth pinion. Its quick and the motor stays cool. I really enjoyed this buggy that I converted my tenacity truggy to basically a db pro. Also a lot of the scte 3.0 parts fit on this to make it even better
Where have you been hiding that last track🤔 Looks prime for Race Wars! I really love this kit. Great handling and performance. Can't wait to see your run on 3S.
Like #69 I just picked up the fox edition still in the box I’m glad I own one after this video it’s not an 8th scale what I’m use to but it seems well planted in the air and on the ground nice bashing
Thanks man. And that's awesome that you're happy with it. It's definitely one of the better handling cars out of the box that I've come across lately. 😊👍
Already wanted one of these and had a feeling watching your videos would confirm it! Looking forward to the 3S run, looks like my Arrma Granite might have found some company if it goes well 👍🏻
The AVC & TSM are only good for loose terrain, gravel or whatever & the gain needs to be adjusted. The surface Gyro can’t tell if the vehicle is in the air.
@Bill Perri Thanks. The sale price on the non-pro version makes me think about getting one. My worry is that LOSI parts can be pricey. I'd definitely be jumping it a bit. Nothing mad. More like the smaller dirt jump at the park VAS is at... if that.
Race it on 3S against the carnage boys? And I reckon that it may pay to actually gear it down a tooth or two, as the speed is pretty high for 2S stock and it would also explain the short run time - lots of current draw. Without even seeing the next video I’m sure it’ll be mental on 3S!
Hey Brother! Great video! Can you do a HUGE favour and see if this body could be retro gotten into a slash?? Obviously I don't mean do it yourself, but just compare the two? My slash needs a face lift and the yeti cage is stupid expensive if it can even be found.
Just subscribed despite watching your vidsbf9r about 4 years now! So you know what that means. Eye for an eye brother and I need subscribers I'd like to try to do rc reviews now that I'm only working 5 days. Thanks Aussie!!!!!!!

Aussie RC Playground facts
Aussie RC Playground agree with you on 2wd, it can help a lot
Good honest content.. No music or any other BS cool review do a follow up won't you with 3s and have a look at them settings..
Yes, the 3S run will be up next week. 😉
Exactly!!!!!! Walk before you RUN!!!!!!!! AVC not required 😊
i plan on picking one of these up soon and by seeing how it drives on grass i think im sold.
Arrrrgghh. Backorder has many of us waiting. I got all the accessories before the car! I got 3 of those 3S Spektrum batteries.
Damn! It jumps really nicely in the air~ I’m getting this soon on Christmas
Really like the way it drifts into that berm. Looks very controllable. Cool truck
It looks great and drives great. Pretty quick for 2s
Great video Vas! Now just waiting on your 3S vid of this awesome rig!

By the way you're the one that sold me on the DB Pro

Fluid session M8!! thumbz way up!!!
Really nice and composed 👍 I like the looks of this one too 👀😃
Vas's fingers is his avc! 👊👌
Haha, true that, my friend. 🤜🤛

What's the top speed for this tenacity DB Pro on 2s?
But I think the AVC would come in handy on the new TT Pro sct, your thoughts?
Best chanel. Even with 2s:))
Ah...there it is. 👍
Man I'm loving my new DB Pro 🦊 I was looking for a 10th scale that can keep up with my ARRMA s, I think I made a damn good choice
The AVC & TSM are only good for loose terrain, gravel or whatever & the gain needs to be adjusted. The surface Gyro can’t tell if the vehicle is in the air.
Got a little too cheeky @7:01 haha. 🇺🇸⚓️
Nice vid vas! Any arrma Kraton 8s videos coming out?
Sweet mate. Cheers
Great Video!
Do you have any thoughts on the non-pro version of this RC (from 2018 I believe). I'm looking at that one based on Black Friday price.
@Bill Perri Thanks. The sale price on the non-pro version makes me think about getting one. My worry is that LOSI parts can be pricey.

I never use avc period.. or teaxxas version
I don't think I've heard one bad thing about this truck yet
Neither have I. This buggy has impressed a lot of people. 😊👍
Nice😈
